What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

why not ? Its a much cleaner look
There's a space there for, something. Featureless black just looks like something is missing, imho. The reflector at least looks natural there. It could be tinted instead, or "smoked" if that sounds more cool. :D

if you use gloss black vinyl it virtually replicates the gloss black bumper fascia and looks like a design element /feature , but I know you love Gov't regs .........................:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

Glad for the lineup of laughing emojis, or I'd think you were trying to insult me! lol:laugh:

I have plastic overlays on mine. Replaced the side reflectors with body colored insert . Why Merlin, because they're ugly and stupid.

I don't think it would look like a feature at all, it's not a body line, vent or anything like that, it would be the equivalent to removing something in the interior and replacing it with a blank plate like they do when the car is missing an option for me. Different strokes for different folks, no need to get bent out of shape.

Edit: I'd be totally on board with you guys if you were taking the car into a bodyshop and having the reflectors shaved and respraying the bumper, no question that would look clean.

Lol. I think that the taillight extender side reflectors would look even better with LEDs behind them. The thread on this idea a few weeks ago sounded really cool to me. In the pics I have showing the rear reflectors "working", they look like auxiliary rear lights, which I think looks cool. So, one of us likes living on the dark side of the moon and the other likes the sunny side. ;)

I'm also one of the weirdos that loves the side reflectors, it's totally off the wall and one of the quirks that makes the car look more like a concept car. That's the kind of stuff that they usually strip off of concept cars to make designs look more vanilla for the masses.

............one of my favourite design elements on the car , totally unique

I might get the rear diffuser but undecided as I don't really mind the factory one. Wouldn't replacing the lower rear reflectors with plastic look really cheap like the car is missing an option? I could see getting them shaved at a body shop might look cleaner but not sure if that would even pass a safety inspection here in Canada.
What do you mean by getting them "shaved" ?

Yes, removing the reflector, filling the indent flush with the bumper with bondo and respraying to delete that reflector was ever even there.

Understand, I wasn't familiar with the terminology.

Not really doing anything with my Stinger today as such, but today is the 1 year Stingerversary. I could have got her a cake but there’s no way I’m getting crumbs in my car :D can’t even give her a celebratory wash because it’s raining. That first year sure has gone quick.

Happy birthday Stinger, mine was last month.

I got my Stingers bedroom fixed last week. The garage door now closes finally.

One thing I'm finding is my car drives differently week to week. One week it drives like a rocket ship with little pedal imput required. Other weeks it drives like a king size bed. I only drive twice a week, I'm wondering if its temperature and humidity related? I know turbos prefer dry cool air.
