I would leave it for the moment but get a fine nail file and carefully go over the sharp edges and it won't look so bad. A couple of months ago I stumbled across a wheel repairer when I was looking for something else and we chatted for over 30min. Almost half his work comes from dissatisfied customers who have used mobile repairers. Typically they just grind and polish the damaged area usually leaving a depression. Some will claim to "fill" the depression but the end result is far from perfect. He claims the only way to do a proper repair is on a lathe by taking a fine layer off the entire rim and then repainting the entire wheel. I saw some examples from mobile guys and the work was really crappy. His price is around $300-$350 per wheel.

Once you have a few more issues (pot holes, more rash, etc)... get them all done (maybe painted black!!).
