Your rear view mirrors are different to ours Rango. We just have the on/off button. What are all those other functions for on yours?

3 Homelink buttons. They enable you to open and close your garage door and front gate, activate and deactivate your home's security system, and turn on or off your interior and exterior lighting, appliances and electronics. The one on the far right turns the mirror compass on and off.

Ah ok thanks mate. We don’t have Homelink or any equivalent. Or a mirror compass for that matter.

Australian Stingers have a compass function which displays on the electronic dash, between the speedometer and the rev meter.

I’m surprised we didn’t get some of the features here in Aus, the base model 2018 Santa Fe I drive at work has the compass feature on the mirror and the auto dim. Given they're sister companies with so much crossover for other parts/models it wouldn’t be a big stretch

Amazon of course. This particular one came all the way from Australia, so it took a couple weeks. It is not a large sign as this is a close up.

Today I installed the LAP3 uncle chip.
I was kind of scared to connect it wrong but everything went well.


(engine room is dirty)

Acceleration seems stronger under same level of gas pedal input but I haven't tried full throttle yet.
I haven't dynoed it either but it should be around 390whp according to other cars data.
