What car is the Stinger replacing?

It is a potential replacement for our 2002 Mercedes-Benz C230K. We like the C230K, and the hatchback makes it far more useful than a car with a trunk. However, it is getting old, parts are being discontinued, and we'd like something easier to enter and exit. I'm concerned that the Stinger is just slightly higher than the C230K (55.1" vs 54.3"). We are also watching the Jaguar I-Pace electric vehicle, another four door hatchback (61.4" high).

I will be replacing my 2011 titanium Kia Forte Koup. I love Kia so that is why I will be sticking with them and going after the Stinger GT. Need something bigger and faster.
