I suppose the dealership can change their mind once it's delivered, but on their website it was listed at MSRP.
I see one listed on cars.com...have a feeling that is the one you are seeing @davebo. There are two more but both GT only. Fingers crossed the one that shows up in AZ near me is a GT2!I suppose the dealership can change their mind once it's delivered, but on their website it was listed at MSRP.
oops...sorry. At least that is a tad far for me if mine turns out to be a base GT!Hey don't spill the beans or someone else is liable to swoop in and nab it!![]()
I would be ok with this for MY2019...especially if they add the other "missing" features. Will all depend on what i can get a "limited" for now. I will not pay extra for a limited badge and yellow cover however for the exact reason you state above. That's kinda of weird though. I mean, If the base GT version comes with the LSD only otherwise found in the GT2 then it makes sense to have a Limited badge, but if the GT2 version doesn't have anything special about it aside from the color, why would you need a badge? People can see that it's yellow.
Unless... maybe Kia is adding Sunset Yellow to the normal lineup for next year? Any photos of the badge available?
Yes sir, i saw that one just now...unfortunately i am not all interested in the AWD version. Nor the massive HORNE badge they stuck on there. No free advertising on my vehicle!!Mach Tuck - Horne Kia now has a yellow GT2 AWD on their site.
My thoughts exactly so will all depend on what value the dealerships try to put on the "limited"Yeah, I've been saying I only want Yellow for about a year now, but I'm going to have some serious buyers' remorse if I get a Limited then find I can waltz into any Kia dealer this Fall and pick up a Yellow GT2 for a few thousand under invoice.
I wish Cadillac would get rid of base models. Some of them are down right boring and plain looking. Not a good way to market your cars when most people are driving around showing off the boring base version...AAaand....He also said there's talk of deleting/combining trims, and that the base model was going get the axe...
Unfortunately, I can't imagine they're going to drop the price much on a model with only 400 units that they had to literally battle another dealership just to get. Although maybe that'll vary depending on area. Even if they got one it may be a place where hardly anyone is buying $50k vehicles so that might help. My local dealers can't keep any GT2's in stock for long. They've got plenty of 2.0 Premium's in white and silver though!
