Went to the spot for another test run this am and state troopers were waiting for me, followed me to work, lol I guess the word is out.
Followed me to and thru the car wash no joke.
Think I'm done testing.;)

Be careful man. Street Racing is not taken lightly, big fines and you could lose your license. Save it for the track or highway ramps at night lol .

AWD, when I practice on the street it just feels weak coming out of the hole.
Also be sure your oil temp is 200 or better or LC may cut throttle and bog for almost 1 second.
If you are too cool then try to use Auto Hold instead. When I had a piggyback I did 4 tests back to back and LC was only .04 faster than AH.
However if you use AH you can leave at the second yellow instead of the 3rd as it adds .4 to your reaction time. (don't jump the 2nd yellow but leave earlier) That doesn't impact your ET but more fun to hit a good light and get over the line first.

If using LC how long do you stay on it before you go?

Good luck at the track, I hope you get an 11 second pass.

Remember give it all you got.

The easiest way is to stage and hit the gas on the first yellow and let off the brake on the last yellow. I like to rev a little longer but if you start when you are BOTH staged that is a little too long and run the risk of LC shutting off. I had an abnormally long lag between stage and the first light and I did time out LC once. Since it was the first run of the day I suspect it cost me a record time.
Or you can give it a good long one one thousand count after you are both staged and hit the gas.

I agree with tonka wait for the first yellow and then use LC make sure everything is turned off prior to staging though of course.

And most of all double and triple check you are in sport and have both traction and stability off, and turn off auto stop start. Since you may turn the car off and on in staging its easy to forget especially if you are messing with logging or dragy. Plus if you haven't gone to the track a few times your adrenaline will be through the roof. Comfort mode is freeking slow. That one adds .5 seconds. Yes I did it once messing with my phone.

If it's test and tune don't even pay attention to the yellow lights, just get yourself ready after the light turns green. You gain nothing from quicker reactions

That's what I did on my run. I started LC when both cars were staged and the first yellow light lit up. By the time I got to the third yellow light I let go.

Awesome dog and awesome name!! Looks like he is about to turn super saiyan on that picture lol.
Still going strong even at 12. Raw diet is the way to go.

There is a delay between hitting the gas and getting the “LC active” message. How long does it take boost to build from “LC active”?

I hit consistent 12.3s but couldn’t get a 60’ below 2.0 using LC or AH.

What are your mods?

You hit 12.3 on dragy or track?

You never really build boost just rpm and get out of vacume. The first to 3rd yellow light is only 1 second. That works pretty well but would be the minimum. 2 seconds seems better. On dragy i just count to 3 but not that slow.

we dont really build boost in LC until you let off the pedal.

You AWD or RWD? What kind of tires? You recording on the street or track?
