Yeah still work to do, they will do 550whp.

Hopefully it runs well, still some tuning bugs to work through, but the power potential at full boost is there for an impressive run.

I want to see 11.4x@123/4 is my guesstimate. As soon as the launch control gets figured out our ETs are going to be where they should IMO

I want to see that too and I fear that the Stinger is going to have 'Supra syndrome' because of traction issues. I wouldn't be surprised if we're still stuck in the high 11s with mid 120s traps.

Legitimate concern, however with a 18” wheel in the back and 1” overall shorter with a sticky will solve that on the RWD cars. I’m really excited to see how the awd cars do. We are still really really early in all of it.

I wonder if we could do 17s in the rear if we swap base model brakes on

I’m sure it could be done, but I doubt it would show enough return over the 1” overall shorter with a nice DR.

The good news is the turbos make the boost. The bad news, we're going to need more tuning work to get matching 1/4 mile times. Main changes needed are a higher flash boost target with less taper to redline, higher calculated torque reading for the trans, and maybe 2 degrees less timing across the board. Being able to launch mode at a higher RPM would be great too if the converter allows it. Sadly low 11s will have to wait until a good back end flash map is available.

Thanks for your time Terry. Well get an ECU and already have someone to flash it for us. Well be back at the track in no time

Yup. ECU tune is going to he needed for these turbos to be worth while.
I agree I don’t think a JB4 is the right Tunning solution for that sep up of bigger turbos ....

Needs certain changes done that are best done via flash for sure, and will need the JB4 for boost control, WMI control, logging, safety systems, fine tuning, and a host of other features. Larger turbos are the perfect application for a back end flash map.

Can you guys post some times. I'm sure you ran some draggy times and we were told a track was rented for today.

No not going to share all the times because they are not very impressive for the setup. I did share a track log above. Wouldn't be fair to Pure turbo to share the times given a few clowns in this community are just looking for any excuse to trash them. Traps are decent and we can see it's making the power. But ET isn't where it needs to be. When things are working right results will be shared.

Just to give you guys a taste though it ran a best of 11.92@122mph on a lower boost map. For comparison the best it ran stock turbo was 12.06@116mph. The higher boost maps caused shifting issues that prevented a clean run. The JB4 end is all good to go for the hybrids just need to adjust a couple things in the flash. Once done we'll be back at work getting this car down to the 11.5@125 range I know it has.

IMO I think it is with a back end flash. Unless you wanna be on kill mode all the time. To each its own, but i like to control boost and fuel as needed. So with Terry’s input well make a Back end flash and still have flexibility. I can raise and lower boost, tweek AFRs, trigger Meth, fill with e85, all on the fly. Even valet mode :)
