Don't even look at the "chips" they are all garbage. If you want to get the best piggyback then get a JB4. However that is a poor investment if you don't change out you plugs, intake and exhaust. Those are basically mandatory, don't let anyone tell you otherwise if your considering a JB4. If you want a real tune then tork is probably your best bet. The above requirements also apply to a tune. I have the Pressertech tune but can't test it out yet since I'm fixing the car still.

I know it’s not one of the ones you are thinking of (or at least listed), sway bars. Best mod you can do

Thank you for your info

I would do
OCC
EXHAUST
BMS PEDAL TUNER
JB4

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
If you thought the difference between comfort and sport mode was something wait to you feel the BMS pedal tuner or the JB4

+1 for oil catch can before anything if you plan to keep the car long term

What this guy and the other guy said. You don't want your valves looking like mine after only 18k miles.

The pedal tuner makes that big of difference?
I feel like it is meh. It just gives what you have available to you faster. It doesn't give you MORE. the JB4 gives you more. It's like ordering at a fast food place vs ordering at a 5 star restaurant.

Thank you, I appreciate the reply. I’m undecided. I have the BMS intakes, and Borla on my GT1 so far. Thanks again.

My opinion, Yes. Not in HP but feel of the throttle. Never owning a "throttle by wire" I felt a delay. The tuner on sport solved this. Does feel that there was added HP.

Hey CeramicGreyGT1,

Welcome to the forum and congrats on pushing your Stinger towards its limit! The 3.3 twin-turbo engine is a beast and so much fun to stomp on around town. If you want to improve your car's performance, there are a ton of options for you to go with. I would recommend starting with some simple bolt-on parts such as an Injen intake, MBRP exhaust, Mishimoto Catch Can, and Ultimate Performance Downpipe Combo Kit. These parts will work together as a system and bring your Stinger to life in a whole new way. The great benefit of a JB4 unit is that it will tie everything in so that you get the most optimal performance from your modifications. Let me know if you have any questions. You can message me on here any time or shoot us an email at sales@k8stingerstore.com.

Now that down pipe kit does that replace the catback exhaust or goes in a different area

Depends on what you're after. If you want a lightly modded daily driver, the following is a good list (similar to my mods) - also depends on if you're just after power or overall performance.

Power:
-plugs (for almost any performance mod)
-DIY intake
-OCC
-jb4 unless you plan to go big with mods

Handling:
-sways
-Mando ECS10 (suspension controller)

Braking:
-non-OEM brake pads

Flashy stuff (with debatable overall performance, unless doing 1/4 mile a lot):
-loud exhaust
-secondary downpipes

More advanced mods:
-FMIC
-WMI / CPI+E85
-Springs

I have all the Power/Handling/Braking stuff. Have considered all of the "more advanced" mods and may still do them at some point. Car is fast and fun and still reasonable to drive daily.

For outright power at a bargain price I'd go:
BMS intake
JB4 on map2
Upgraded plugs

That combo was dynoed at 416hp 514ft/lbs to the wheels on 91octane.

But the best advice I can give is to go with the eibach sway bars first. The car already has a ton of power from the factory, so I'd aim to get the car a little more planted before worrying about making it faster.
