This is why it is a good idea for members to put their car details in their signature; so we can know which trim we are talking about.There's an option to turn on/off road signs in the head up display. This might also control their visibility in the center multimedia screen.
Does that reset all the setting in the head unit like radio presets, etc.? Thanks.If the OP means the UVO screen in the middle, the UVO system is just plain screwy. I've had it cut out sound to my front speakers one day, and then today no sound to any speakers (fixed by pressing the reset button). I'm not the only one that's experienced bugs in UVO. I wouldn't doubt this might be a similar bug? Maybe try pressing the little reset button that's on the piano black section on the left side of the physical buttons for the head unit?

The outlined button on the steering wheel, when pushed, acts as a mute button. Is is possible you are inadvertently pushing it?
