Left the movie theatre just a little ago and happen to run into a Mustang at the light and he asked if I wanted to run it. Of course, I’ll run...especially from a stop. Light turns green and I lay into the pedal and the Stinger is like a 80-HP 1980s Honda off the line.
So I learned two things tonight. One, the computer is in complete control and it doesn’t like to go after cold starts. Secondly, ISG was on and actually active which is a complete race killer. I never turn it off, but now I’ll have to remember to when racing.
The Mustang wasn’t stock and while it has at minimum 100 more horsepower than what I have...I expected so much more off the line.
Guess the Stinger needs a piggyback now.
