Rear View: Opinions

It' so easy to just tap the throttle for instant power to overtake and then hit the resume button once I fall back into the gap that I am comfortable in - that so want to sit in.
I enjoy closing any large gaps that appear safely in front of me.
Everyone has their own driving style.
The old saying about pilots applies to us "auto pilots" also:
There are old pilots and there are bold pilots.
But, there are no old bold pilots.
Like a good bottle of wine, we get better with age.

I don't understand. Why would the size of the rear window affect the distance behind you can see?
It's the relatively low positioning of the top of the rear window compared to the rear view mirror's position.

Oh I gotcha, so just the height of where the rear window ends. Yeah, you certainly couldn't lower the rear view mirror any more to compensate. That thing is obtrusive enough to the front view out of the car as it is. It's funny because I have an EZPass mounted behind the mirror which I can't see at all from driver's position, but when I'm outside the car looking at the windshield it looks like it's mounted smack dab in the center and I think to myself how on Earth can I not see that when I'm driving.

I just drove 420+ Miles this week with no rear view at all (boot totally full floor to window!)

Once moving press the camera button and you get the rear camera on the screen, but even then after a 20-30miles I turned that off. Trucks, vans, etc.. don't have them so learn to use your side mirrors and Blind Spot Monitoring.
