You could try checking for an issues that I seem to have - I seem to have squeaky/creaky door seals. I noticed it last year as weather started warming up. You could try pushing on the seals with the door closed to see if it's the same sound you're hearing. Other people have found that pressure against the window trim produces a creaking also. I've been lubricating my door seals with mixed results.
I found my driver door squeaking as well. I found that the window trim on the top of the window, on the inside, is making noise while I am driving on hot days. It goes away when i push up on the trim. I just ordered some fabric wiring loom tape that is also used to quiet things down in the cabin. I will let you know how it works.

I used to have a bunch of noises. Fixed a steering wheel/airbag noise with hockey tape (behind airbag), door seals with sly-glyde, trunk clunk with rubber spacers and then replaced the oem armrest with the suede one but I added felt tape inside of it before installation to reduce creaking. The only noise that comes back every couple months is the sunroof which is just adjust the t25 screws on the sides to make it go away.
Overall the car is pretty quiet now for me but at one point I was ready to blow the damn thing up because I was getting so pissed.
I have the Canadian 2018 Stinger GT Limited and have had a few rattles here and there (but not the hatch because it was fixed by the dealer before I got the car). But since having installed a Borla Cat-Back exhaust on it, as if by magic, all the small squeaks and rattles went away!
So far mine is quiet. On occasion I hear a tiny rattle over rough roads but I have to listen for it. Not sure if it's the hatch but just added rubber washers to the plastic bumper things today as a precaution.
Its a couple dollar fix. I also used these Vinyl round bumpers that I stuck on the car where the overslam bumper comes in contact.View attachment 60122
