Please update the firmware so that drive mode is maintained on restart

you can purchase a module for that though :geek::geek:

Also, have the option to keep that stupid auto start stop off too. I don't want my engine turning off every time I stop. Very annoyed by this, it should have been a programmable option in the menus and not a button.
That won't happen. In order to list the lower gas mileage on the sticker, the ISG feature has to be included. If it can simply default to OFF, then some regulatory board or other would call "foul" and make Kia list a lower gas mileage. (anyway, that's where this conversation went, back there months ago, as near as I recall:P)

My biggest annoyance with the Stinger is that each time I restart the car, I have to flick through the drive modes to get to my comfort setting. The car should remember your chosen drive mode, or at least allow the option to remember it.

My preferred setting is "custom" with everything set to "comfort" except steering feel--which is set to "sport"--and I have the cheesy fake engine noises disabled. Each time I turn on the car, I think "why does the engine sound like that, and what's wrong with the steering? Oh, right, I have to change the drive mode...again..."
My Stinger GT AWD defaults to comfort unless I had it in smart when I turned it off. Then it will be on smart when I turn it on... interesting. Although, I would prefer it to always be on sport. My default mode;)

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
