PDP? (in other words, Primary Down Pipes?)

A friend of mine also has P0400 after doing primary cat delete. I don't know why, it should be P042x according to the OBD2 spec. In my case, now I have spacers on the primary sensors.
But I don't know why you keep mentionning the JB4 fuel wires, is it related to this matter?
Are you putting spacers on the primary as well as the mid ? I heard from tork motor sports that was a no go

It may say that, but I am curious if that holds true in the actual real world?
I know this is an old post, but just chiming in with my 2 cents: I have a de-fouler on my downpipe on my Saab 93 XWD Turbo4 (full race cat downpipe -> full catback exhaust, tune, etc) and even with the de-fouler I get the CEL at times. Especially after driving hard. And yes, you can clear the codes, but if the JB4 does the same thing as with my OBDLink MX+, if you are trying to get an inspection, they can see everything was cleared and the car still needs to cycle through all the system checks and they wont pass it until you drive the car long enough to have everything cleared with the car's system checks with the OBD. (google this if you are not familiar). If I drive like a baby for a while it will eventually pass all the system OBD checks and then I can pass inspections (I guess each car has it's own process and requirements in what will clear the OBD status to make the car ready for inspection). Anyway, long post, but hope it helps? Even if you get the CEL at times, you can probably clear it, and if needing inspection just drive easy a while to get the car back in "inspection ready" status...
