Got my NGM Delta about 3 weeks ago.

Got my NGM Delta about 3 weeks ago.

Thoughts? Are you happy with it? I'll probably install mine over the weekend.

Cant beat the price, gets rid of the heavy stock mufflers and also that narrow bend in the stock pipes. they are well made.

Install was easy did it myself an extra pair of hands will make it even easier. As for noise its perfect for my taste not loud just mellow tamed note. hard to capture it on video so don't go based on it.

only complaint is that the tips on the unit are not centered to the tips on car. no big deal but I woulda liked it to be centered.

as for dealing with importshark Ive heard the horror stories and was hesitant to pull the trigger but luckily it went pretty smooth he answers all your questions fairly quick. told me there was a month wait due to them running out and they had to make more.

the shipment was probably like 2 weeks late from the date he gave me but I remained patient and finally came in.

I looked closely at mine and its definitely possible my tips wont line up perfectly either so that might be my only concern with the exhaust pre-install. I dont mind that too much unless it leads to drone or exhaust gases not exiting properly but I'll have to wait for the install to judge that. It did come with 2 extra gaskets and an extra nut/bolt so that's handy in case I break something.

Yeah I got the extra parts as well.

As far as a gas smell there is none.

I know there is a fix for the alignment, exhaust has play where you can center it just gotta find a way to keep it where u want it. I'll let it be for now.

I don't think you can adjust it side to side much because the hangers are welded where they are. Got my passenger side on and I have a similar issue but I doubt it would even be noticeable unless you were crouched really low.

Got mine, it was well packed and the quality looks good to me especially for the price point. I'm looking forward to the install, this is the only side I unpacked so far.

Got mine a month ago, sound a little better at idle and normal driving but when you hit it, it sound like whistling thin can. Not the greatest. I have the cold air intake as well so maybe that could be the problem as well too much air going through the exhaust creating that weird noise? Who knows

Got it installed. When on pretty easily. Might need to add tips though. There is a wind blowing sound coming out the back at WOT. Not sure if it's just me or if the tips need to be longer. Anyone know what size tips I would need to get to bolt on to this exhaust?

I have this sound too. I'm running DP, too. Thought that was just the muffler and new sound?

Yeah just the axle back no downpipes. I mean it definitely feels better its tail happy with traction control on so lol. Is just that "whooosh" sound that has me guessing what it is. At first I thought it was from the intake (drop in K&N) but at closet inspection it's definitely coming from the back.

Yeah, I'm running k&n cai, and DP so with both those installed, WOT it definitely Is whoosh sounding. I mean, for everyone I've had listen outside car and in cabin WOT, it's put a smile on there face and I've heard it sounds like huge turbos, crazy modified kia, and kind of like this mustang on nitrous. TikTok

You manged to align the delta tips to the oem diffuser tips? My shop including myself can't get the delta tips to align properly for direct tip fitment

I did a little diy before I actually got them welded on. Got some exhaust adapters that slip snug over the Delta tips and wrapped them with some jb weld exhaust wrap that hardens. They're not 100% centered but pretty close. But at this point I'm not sure why it still whooshes like I'm about to take off (per my wife) lol.
