Hey everyone, my name is David. I'm the proud new owner of an 18 GT in micro blue. I have been looking for cars for awhile and was mainly looking at Infiniti Q50S models because the Stingers were out of budget. I found this one last week at the top of my budget and had to see it. Two days later, I drove almost 2 hours to see the car and buy it. It's a wonderful, 1-owner car with 15,400 miles. The original owner even left a matching Hotwheels car in the glovebox.
I am excited to start upgrading my Stinger with a homelink mirror, hardwired radar detector, a rebadge, and fixing the minor hatch rattle.
The mirror upgrade, hatch rattle, and rebadge seem pretty straight-forward, but if anyone has any suggestions for hardwiring my Valentine 1, that would be greatly appreciated. I currently plan on piggy-backing off of a fused (and accessory-switched) circuit in the fuse box below the steering wheel to keep everything simple and safe.
I just need help to find the best way to get the wire up through the dash underneath the A-pillar. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be really helpful.
Anyway, I hope to learn a lot while I'm here and can't wait to get started!
