Hey everyone, my name is David. I'm the proud new owner of an 18 GT in micro blue. I have been looking for cars for awhile and was mainly looking at Infiniti Q50S models because the Stingers were out of budget. I found this one last week at the top of my budget and had to see it. Two days later, I drove almost 2 hours to see the car and buy it. It's a wonderful, 1-owner car with 15,400 miles. The original owner even left a matching Hotwheels car in the glovebox.

I am excited to start upgrading my Stinger with a homelink mirror, hardwired radar detector, a rebadge, and fixing the minor hatch rattle.
The mirror upgrade, hatch rattle, and rebadge seem pretty straight-forward, but if anyone has any suggestions for hardwiring my Valentine 1, that would be greatly appreciated. I currently plan on piggy-backing off of a fused (and accessory-switched) circuit in the fuse box below the steering wheel to keep everything simple and safe.
I just need help to find the best way to get the wire up through the dash underneath the A-pillar. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be really helpful.

Anyway, I hope to learn a lot while I'm here and can't wait to get started!

Matching Hot Wheels, love it. :D No chance of me getting one, with a Silky Silver (I have collected all four colors to date, though, and I keep a few in my hatch in case I see a Stinger parked; and then I can slip one under the windshield wiper). Welcome to the forum.

Hoping to bump into you someday with a blue one under my windshield wiper.

Also welcome fellow blue stinger :)

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I can already tell this is going to be a great forum experience and the Stinger community is awesome.

Welcome.
Thanks! Mine is an 04 M66. It's beginning to take a dive now that it's at 235,000 miles and I don't want to have to replace the clutch in another few thousand miles.
It's going to be a sad day when that goes, but I'm loving the Stinger already. I'll be honest, the first day I had the Stinger I already started missing my manual in the R. That's going to be a tough adjustment for me.

Thank you!
It's eventually going to replace my 04 Volvo V70R M66 that's in one of the pictures but I'm going to keep that around for a little while since I'm buying a house and will be moving in in a few weeks. It's a better car for hauling around furniture and other stuff.
I'll definitely check out the forum store; love to support forums when I can.

Thank you! I already placed an order for a few small things before I joined the forum and it should be here Friday. I'll definitely be back for more in the future.
