I live in Georgia don’t need one for thereMake sure you contact mish for the carb approval sticker. Seems like you have to get in touch with them first, since they don't ship them out automatically.

I ran injen for around a year and a half. Super loud and I enjoyed it just wanted to try something different. I would recommend that intake though. Don’t know if any are louder but I have heard they are the loudestI am looking for a new intake. Which intake out there has the least muffling of sound. I want to hear the blow off and turbos spooling up.
thanks
PSA: I ordered my aFe intake on 15 August. I just received an email that they are expecting a mid/late October ship date. They must be popular for a reason. For me it’s no big deal since I’m also waiting for the MBRP exhaust to be released as well. And I’ll be traveling a lot between now and November. But for those on the fence, just be aware of the 2 month delay at present manufacturing rates.
until then hopefully there will be a few more reviews/opinions regarding the intakes.
So in my case upfront will be quieter and the rear with a new exhaust will be a bit more loud. I can deal with that. I like the fact the car ”flys under the radar”, yet will be much quicker than others expect it to be when I’m done with the performance mods. i compare it to ego lifters in the gym. if you have good technique, form and confidence there’s no need to ask for unnecessary attention. So I ended up getting mine through the k8 store. The mid range punch is pretty nice tbh. The butt dyno tells me it feels stronger than the injen but I wouldn’t be able to tell you if that’s the case as far as numbers. It is way quieter but that’s to be expected because of the closed design. I think you’ll really enjoy it
The AFE intakes are only quiet from inside the cabin. They're pretty loud from the outside if ram air snorkels are present. So in my case upfront will be quieter and the rear with a new exhaust will be a bit more loud. I can deal with that. So did you have the Velossatech Big Mouths on there with your Injens? I love the look of my 'rams horns' piping... but at the end of the day i'm all about speed. So I ended up getting mine through the k8 store. The mid range punch is pretty nice tbh. Yes I installed the ducts over Christmas but I’m not sure how much they helped with out proper channeling of air straight into the filters. I loved the look as well. Just wanted to try something different. Making a custom box would be pretty cool for the injenSo did you have the Velossatech Big Mouths on there with your Injens? I've been thinking about constructing a cold-air box + cold air snorkel system around my Injens (best of all worlds?) but haven't gotten past the "pondering" stage.
Got 16.1 psi coming home from work today.
Racechip GTS map 7 on she'll 93 pump gas. I'll post a screenshot from my ODB2 loggerTo clarify that is stock or running a JB4 map?
the NGM short ram is plenty loud!! I have one for sale! PM me!I am looking for a new intake. Which intake out there has the least muffling of sound. I want to hear the blow off and turbos spooling up.

I’m assuming your describing the aFe intake? If so do you have the specs of the bolt you needed? Mine are on order and I’d like to have it on hand for when they arrive.Installed on saturday, not too bad, but the driver side intake wouldnt sit flush with all the mounting locations, so i need to get a longer bolt for that front driver location.
