Never had a car that turned so many heads.

Ceramic silver with red interior > everything else ;)

Coincidence only, to reinforce the pleasure of your upgrade. The 2.0L outwardly is every bit the looker of the GT trims.
I disagree. When I see the 2.0T models, they look great, don't get me wrong... but they look rounded... dulled... tamed... reduced... I'm not sure exactly how to describe it. The aggressiveness just isn't there. Still amazing looking cars, but not quite as good looking at the GT trims IMO

They also have the wrong engine. Other than that, yes they look a little "less" stingy. Like a baby bee. Cute and round. Sorry not sorry 2.0 guys

I like both colors, but I had almost the same color blue on my Camaro before the Stinger so when it was time to upgrade to a GT I was ready for something different. Red was also high on my list. The funny thing is according to the Kia configurator site my new car shouldn't exist. Ceramic Silver is not supposed to be available on a 2020 GT1.
Same for white on white 2019 Gt2s, but by the end of the year you could find any white with red interior, only white with black, or white with white, which is what I ended up with

I think the headlights play a large part in why the 2.0s look different than the 3.3s

The Premium 2.0's like mine had the same led headlights that the GT's have. I don't know if there is one certain thing that makes the GT's look more aggressive but it definitely adds up when you look at all the exterior differences, which is probably why Kia is making the 2020 2.0's look like GT's going forward.

Mine calls me a nerd or other less PC Adjectives
"Don't be a jerk!"...words to live by.

me: "What? I was just getting away from the other jerks."

The body is identical. Unless you look closely INTO the headlight assembly there is no difference vis-à-vis linear dimensions-wise. Same rear end, zero differences there. Same ground clearance, stance height, wheelbase. Oh, it's missing its exaggerated "tiger teeth" in the corners of the bottom grille. That's it. You're just subjectively applying what you know about the performance differences to the appearance. :D

Honestly I think the bottom grille makes a big difference. That’s the main part than, when missing, makes the fronT end look rounded and muted. And the absence of black chrome. And the less aggressive side vents. They’re rounded too. Small things, but they add up to (at least in my eyes) make a pretty noticeable difference

In a way, that kinda bothers me. I pay more for a GT, I want it to look different than the 2.0T. I’m not a fan of the “GT Line” thing. I guess it’s good if it gets more people buying stingers and keeping the platform alive. But I think there should be exterior differences along with performance differences when you spend the money for a GT. It’s like if Ford slapped a GT badge on the eco boost mustang.

There are differences (In Australia at least). The badge at the back and steering wheel says GT Line instead of GT and the wheels are clearly different between the two trim levels.

A lot of car brands do this at the moment as they've probably figured there's a market of people that want to buy a "fast looking" car without actually needing or spending extra on the "fast" bits they don't care about. E.g. Volkswagen R-Line, Lexus F-Sport, BMW M-Sport, Hyundai N-Line. I'm not surprised the Stinger follows this pattern.

Put the two beside each other and the differences become apparent.

My hubby had driven my Stinger to get some dog food whilst in the store he had a friendly conversation with the young guy behind the counter who knows me and they both were talking about Stingers. Another guy had just bought his dog food was heading to the door when he pointed out of the window to my Stinger, turned around to my hubby and gave a " thumbs up " as he turned to leave out the door.

Our GTS gets a ton of attention!

We always see people staring and then mouthing the words "it's a Kia"

Had a guy in my building stop me today and say he has been admiring my Stinger for last few days, walking around it daily on his way to his car "it's so beautiful from all angles" he said
I had to agree with him:D

I pulled into my gym the Y on Thursday afternoon and a older gentleman leaving the building made a bee line straight toward me saying I love the color. He never did even ask what kind of car it was. He just really liked the color. I like it as well. It is extremely easy to find in a parking lot especially in all the North 40's areas that I park in.

We pulled into the drive in bottle shop this afternoon to get a bottle of wine, the first thing that comes out of the mouth of the guy at the driver's side window was " I like your rig " ......me too
