So, in other words, you're nice to people that give you money and rude to people who don't?That's certainly an interesting business model.
Here's a crazy idea, what if you treated people who aren't customers well and then they *gasp* became your customer based on their positive experience with you?
"Treat them good and they will become a customer" seems like a better way to conduct business than "treat them good if they become a customer."
Just something to consider...
Something must have been lost in the translation between us.
I am not rude to anyone. Even when people are rude to me and claim it to be criticism, I accept that. It's only when people have been rude to me, that I am willing to be rude back.
It's always interesting to me, how people criticize me in how I run my business. Why do people do that? Is it not my business? And shouldn't I be allowed to run my business the way that I feel it should be ran?
You also assume that I do not treat people "good". Why is that? The people in this thread alone, have lashed out at me, and to be honest... I have no idea why. Is my tune to expensive? Is that why? Are they upset because they cannot afford it? Why did Stungblue, KLR, Debears, Terry, and a few others have to attack TonkaBob and me?
I get that the business owner should rise to the top, and be the bigger person, and I will admit that I do not do that. But what good reason would these people have to be attacking another member of this forum?
Just me thinking out loud, and if you do not wish to reply, I understand.
