My numbers were wrong for 1/4 miles. My apologies. How close can we guess that the 2.0T can go using the best map for 1/4? Will it put them in the 13s?

I think we've seen the JB4 tuned 2L cars in the high 13s!
 
What are realistic HP and TQ gains on a stock gt with no mods if using map 1 or 2?

So I guess all these stated HP&TQ gains for the JB4 are not accurate ? If the car is stock with no mods ?
It’s a personal opinion I got use to map 2 I think that’s why map 1 don’t really do much for me. I’m in the Bronx we could meet up some time so you could test it. My wife works in Westchester county.

I haven’t dyno tested mine, but I ran a stock 13.05 and jb4 map2 12.46.

If it matters, I dyno my G80 sport 3.3tt AWD last week, they ran 3 pulls....

1st. Map 0 - JB4 disable
2nd. Map 1
3rd. Map 2

I only changed the spark plugs to Denso 5346 and car runs on 93 octane.

Looks like tires bouncing on the dyno effecting the reading, seems to be common on AWD dynojets if not properly strapped down. Average gains look good though.
 
Yeah, we talked about it, hence I'm getting new wheels and tires this Saturday, can't go wrong with PS4S ;)

Im really consodering the racechip just because people are blowing coils and i would have a hard time explaining how i blew coils already and i have 6k miles. I would also lile to know how juat a ecu tune got 2 secs off 1/4 mile.

Correct me if im wrong but the JB4 you can adjust your numbers if you get bigger turbo or change enternals and the race chip will not adjust to bigger mods. Race chip will only work for smaller mods like exhaust (not including cats) and intakes.... If i could just find someone that has a 2.0T with a race chip running 1\4 times that would really help me. I cant justify paying more for less improvements.

The JB4 does everything the RaceChip does, can do a whole lot more, costs less, and has much better support/community behind it. :)

With the JB4 you can even run less power than stock if you want. Or just 1psi over stock. No problem.
