i'm liking this Magnaflow too. it's all about the drone we seek!

I like the magnaflow option specifcally because it's so quiet. I'm more interested in moving restrictions from the stock exhaust than making the car sound louder.

The design of the Magnaflow seems to suggest less restriction,... at least in terms of the flow of the pipes. There are no hard right angle bends or crimped pipes like in the stock exhaust. I think I will stick with the Borla exhaust until other people get a chance to comment on the Magnaflow after its release next month.

Kidding a side ,... If I go that route, I would let the Borla go for a reasonable price if you or anyone else on here is seriously interested. I still have the box... and it is a great exhaust. It sounds good on hard acceleration and when you slow down has a nice subtle rumble. No popping - just a mello rumble. It is just a bit loud in the cabin for my taste. Just would need to have the Magnaflow exhaust in hand first to switch things up.

How would you date the drone, loudness, and drone while cruising?

There is no drone and it is only slightly louder than stock. If you're looking for something mild, the magnaflow is the way to go. I have downpipes ordered, expecting the combination with the magnaflow will give a perfect deep growl without being obnoxious.

The magnaflow tips are the same size as stock so the same tips fit. No trimming necessary, just make sure they are perfectly centered and a little force.
