Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

Thank you for the quick response. That could be. Do you think that could mean the heated exhaust sensor is not working properly or at all? Also noticed I have pending codes on the OBD2 scanner since I first installed the Lozic ECU. Did you have these codes as well when you did the Lozic ECU install.

Send these to Lozic. He will likely explain them fairly quick.

Hi,
Anyone interested in Lozic tcu pressure 3, -5. Message me. I have one available.

Thank you

Curious did you end up messaging lozic? Wondering why your already getting rid of the tcu already?

TCU is good, just purchased a new one with different settings and need to get rid of one. You want it? PM if you do.

what is your guys negative boost pressure at idle for Lozic ECU tune on G70 or stinger 3.3t?

Thank you

Just installed the TCU tune and gave it a try. Settings are pressure 2, shift point minus 5% and torque limits off. I guess I'm not generally surprised at the performance as pretty much everyone's described it ad nauseam by now but works exactly as advertised. 3.85s 0-60 and 12.01s@113.6mph 1/4 mile (invalid by draggy due to -1% slope, but also my pavement isn't exactly smooth and even a bit damp). That's on stock all seasons with 11k miles, in the winter, pretty much cold.

At pressure 2, I really do like the behavior of the transmission. Overall it's fast but not too aggressive. My wife doesn't notice a difference when driving in comfort mode. I love how it holds gears higher in sport mode. If you're on it, then it will even downshift as soon as it has revs available below redline in the lower gear. The downshift from second to first is usually pretty great (in fact, downshifting in general is great. It needs a lot less brakes because of how much engine braking it uses), but indeed, sometimes it can be a little bit harsh to the point of mildly breaking traction in the rear wheels. It's not a deal breaker for me I don't think.

I have the all-wheel drive unit here too so I'll be testing out pretty soon.

You should be getting mid 3s or better time with the ecu and the tcu now. But yeah, weather and especially road conditions matter.

Glad you like the tcu though!

Oh yeah. Quite happy with the way it works. I haven't really dialed in the launch yet, either. I just let go of the brakes as soon as I saw positive pressure on the mfd gauges screen and the car didn't skip a beat. My second draggy run I overcooked the boost and started spinning before I let off the brakes. I just pretty much strafed sideways all 4 spinning. Still got 4.07 and 12.2 lol

I pretty much have the same settings and the only thing I hate is the harsh braking from 2 to 1 sometimes. I’ve gotten better at preventing the harsh braking after a couple of weeks of adapting to the engine braking, but still on the fence about keeping it on for daily. Will maybe just swap it out on race days.

I got the harsh drop from 2 to 1 even on stock tcu myself when in sport and sport +..I've just gotten used to be in paddle shifter mode.

I think the sport mode should be sporty.
Since it was made for the purpose of perfect power transmission, the 2->1 downshift made it difficult for everyone.
I'll add this as an option too.
Instead, 1 and 2 will be the same as before.
stock TCU is torque converter slips a lot in 1st and 2nd gear.
But it will be a smooth downshift.

Hello, I recently installed the Lozic ECU into my G70 3.3t. I run a OBD2 scanner and looked at the noncontinuous monitors. I noticed one of the heated exhaust sensor bank 1 sensor 2 is off and failed the test. This sensor has done this every single time I have driven in sport mode. I do not have a modified exhaust. Only mods I have are TCU tune and ECU tune on the G70. Is this high current something I should be worried about on the exhaust sensor?

Thank you

Interesting.....I took my '18 G80 sport for emission test that is required in Illinois and it failed. I have Lozic's ECU and TCU installed. No codes, nothing. They said I need to drive my car more often. I understand, I drive the car once a week, ~100 miles or so. Since then, I put around 1200 miles on it and I plan to get the car tested again next Monday.
Now, since you posted this, I'm afraid I'll fail again and if I do, I'll switch to my OEM ECU/TCU.

the catalyst works as well.
The reason that the catalyst and oxygen sensor heating is displayed as not ready is because the ECU has turned off the diagnosis of whether the catalyst is normal and the diagnosis of the second oxygen sensor.
Change the ECU to genuine and get it inspected.

So, you're saying it will fail the test no matter what, unless I put the original ECU back in, correct?

I think Yes.
No one has tested it with my ECU yet.
Based on the test results you posted, that's my guess.

Another way is to enable the catalyst monitor and turn off diagnostics only.
