HKS 50003-M45iL gapped.028
Lozic sells and can ship with ECU
Lozic states no gapping required .028
Some have gapped to .024
I kept mine at the .028 and will probably check @ end of summer.. purchased from K8 Stinger store
You may want to read up on some other threads a lot of good info on this forum, just search your topic. crawl under your car and take a look.
There are cats on the primary downpipes which have sensors, and also cats on the secondary downpipes/midpipes No sensors.
I do not have my ordersheet
Why do you want my ordersheet?
I used recommended order form
1.4 bar
no isg (G70)
no open air filter
No exhaust downpipe
popcorn on bubble 2-3k pop 3500-6k
Send all your questions to Lozic with as few words as possible. If you do not have order form he will send with answers to questions. When you fill out form write a brief description of your car and mods and what settings you want incase there is any misunderstanding.

I just dont understand some areas of the ordersheet like the time section or the catalyst heating at start. Also dont you have a drop in filter why didnt you check that on your sheet. And how happy are you with the exhaust settings. Im trying to figure out the difference between the pop setting and the bang setting

The Cat heating cycle heats up the cats to operating temp. You would turn this off if you have no cats. The time section is how long the popcorn (As they call it) will continue after you let off throttle. Attached is my sheet

So is this in the ECU tune, the TCU tune, or both? Are there any options forthe TCU tune in terms of torque limits?
I have a jb4, and I like being able to mix E30 sometimes, other times just run straight CA91 when I can't find E85 - just switch the wiper switch down from map 3 to map 2. It seems like with the ECU 1.5 bar map, I'd always need E30 based on previous comments? That's a no-go.
I'd love to be able to launch with a bit of boost (otherwise it takes a bit to catch some silly cars that think they can hang), faster shifts. I don't want 500+ lb-ft in 1st or 2nd - I'm worried it would destroy the center diff with that hard of a launch (I'm AWD).
1.5bar he said can run 93oct. 1.7bar I'd recommend meth or e30/e40 and up. I'm going full beans 1.8bar, but I run ms103 (liquid Schwartz) daily on map5 or my map6 if I think you might be trouble lol. His ECU torque #'s are high 400's while JB4 is low/mid 500'S. I get horrible torque limiting in 1st and 2nd barely 17psi then I can get 22-23psi in 3rd 11.8 AFR 16 timing SMOOTH. BUT WITH torque limits off 540 lb of torque will probably give me too much wheel spin to get any good times (RWD challenged) I think that's why he tuned the torque hp mix to be more even 450's+ all around for ideal traction and performance. But I'm just speculating.

Oh ok that makes sense. So you said your going to run E30 so for example if I say that could I only run E30 with it or can I switch between 91 and E30. Sorry for dumb question fuel is where I am not very knowledgeable about
Since you have stop and go you would have to say Yes. The G70s don't have it. The DTC is to disable any Diagnostic Trouble Codes. This would be used if you have no cats and are getting error codes because of it, you can disable them

Installed it today and only did a short test drive around the block, should have more time tonight to really test things out. First impression is good but really only went about half a mile

If anyone in a GT2 or G70 (e-shifter cars) wants a TCU I have one for sale. I bought it from Dave on the forums and didn't realize it probably won't work on my GTS with the manual H-matic shifter. Pm me
