The coils themselves look fine to me. Both of Eibach's spring kits for the Stinger/
G70 use the exact same rear spring, so I can't imagine they would send you the wrong rear ones. Only the front springs are different - to account for heavier front end of, say, a
3.3T AWD, vs. a 2.0T RWD.
I just took some pics of my '19 2.0T RWD, with the same Eibach spring. The only possible problem areas are either the top or bottom spring seats. Now... the top
seat is pretty easy to tell if it's not seated correctly, since the end of the coil should butt up against the notch molded into the top
seat. Also the top
seat can spin 360deg and there are no "index" points to worry about.
However, the bottom spring
seat does have 2 (or 3?) rubber nubs that must be lined up correctly so they poke through holes on the lower control arm meant to receive them. You can see one of them in this pic here (where the flash light beam is shining at). It's the triangular thingy pointing downward. If you do not see any of them (or only one) poking down past the lower control arm (inbetween it and the plastic fairing as shown), then the lower spring
seat is not clocked correctly. If that's is the case with your car, the misalignment
can allow that lower
seat to shimmy around. Whether that would cause the symptoms you described, I dunno. Certainly that would not be good and should be rectified.
It's an easy mistake to make, even for a season shadetree or a "pro". In one of your pics, there does look like an empty hole, which looks like it's one of the index holes. Plus your spring doesn't look like it sat properly centered in the "pocket" on the lower control arm. Those signs worry me.
Regardless... easy to check.

As I said, the top
seat just fits into the perch on the chassis. I doubt
