Hi Slow jams,
The Kia was nice and pretty fast but they just wouldn’t do any dealing. So she said the heck with it and went and bought a Toyota Camry TRD. Not quite as fast but it handles like a dream and she’s happy so I am happy. Plus we got a smoking deal on it.

i didnt want to play the dealer game so i bought salvage. RWD, GT2, grey with red interior. total cost will be below 30k (i hope). Good luck with the Camry

Thanks General. Yeah I don’t know what’s up with these car dealers these days, the dealerships are absolute ghost towns and they don’t wanna do any dealing. I didn’t want to steal the car I just wanted a good deal. Enjoy your GT2!

Yeah, can't really play the dealer game when all of our cars are salvage. Well, almost all. 7 cars, 6 rebuilt titles, 1 clean title. The clean title was a hybrid Camry that we got for pennies. Basically the only time I have been at a dealer was for recalls or parts. So not really well equipped to play the dealer game.

Some people are fine paying with cash for their cars. I pay in cash, blood, sweat and tears. Lol

I never really thought of looking into a salvage title. I almost bought an El Camino with a salvage title a few years ago but I wasn’t quick enough.
I’ll have to remember to check that out the next time I’m shopping for a car for myself.

Yeah, salvage cars can be a big win or a big loss. I have been around them long enough so that I took the risk on the stinger.

With the Corona going around I'm stuck indoors a lot. Might as well get stuff done lol. If you are in Cali I know a broker that I use to bid on Copart and IAA. If you are going that route.
