Lease numbers for 2019 are online

Ok, so until your account is active on KMF, there is no documentation they can provide you. The dealer has to submit the paperwork, once you get notified of your account number, you can go online and get your buyout information. Contact your CU, provide the buyout info and get the process started. It can take 3 weeks to a month for KIA to process the payment and get the title released. if you haven't read the lease buyout thread yet, take a look through it, it will give you info on what others doing this process have experienced.

I've been going over the numbers and it makes more sense to buy it out in the long run. I'll look in to it like you mentioned.

are you saying it makes more sense to lease the car normally and buy it out at the end of your lease? You certainly can, but you're essentially throwing the entire lease rebate out the window in rental fees.

Oh, no. I'm saying I ran some numbers from what Waynerm002 said and not only can I save money on the rent charges, $1-2k depending on APR and length, but of course I also save *all* of the future interest if I were to finance the residual.

I also thought you meant buy it at the end of the lease.
