Took a look at KIA's site and say the leasing info is up. $5400 lease cash on the 2019 GT2 AWD. White, Red and Ceramic Silver now has a price of $495 for those colors, adding every option can bring you to a price of $55410 (W,R,CS cars). Makes the 2018 all the more appetizing. Adding only mud guards, cargo and cargo tray brings you to a little over $54K.

Interesting, is the leasing info regional? I don't see any Stinger incentives for 2019 in my area. VA.

GT2 AWD and RWD $5,400
GT1 AWD $4,100
GT1 RWD $4,000
GT AWD $4,000
GT RWD $3,500
Premium AWD $5,600
Premium RWD $5,200
2.0 AWD $4,800
2.0 RWD $4,500

Curious if because of all the lease-then-buyouts if they have/will change the leasing terms to no longer allow that process?

So gt2 with incentives vs 19 gt1. Let the comparison shopping begin

Based on the number of folks buying this car and those on the forum that are doing this, I don't think this will be an issue for them.

I really wonder about the residuals on these. If they changed on the ‘19. I wanted to wait, for the added features but didn’t want to roll the dice and loose a $8,800 incentives. I’m happy with my ‘18 though, really happy.

Looks like numbers are changing. It showed me 6100 today for gt2 awd.

I looked all over the Kia website for the numbers to no avail. Would you mind posting a link good sir? I must be blind...

Select stinger model on build page, click estimate payments. It might be regional, if it doesn't show up, try my zip, 27560.

I see the $6100 on the GT2 AWD in my zip.

If Im calculating this correctly currently the 2019 GT2 AWD models are listed at $3485 more than the 2018 models. The 2018 have $8700 lease incentives versus $6100 and the MSRP for the 2019 is $885 higher.

Wow. Seems like a lot more for just a couple features. I know I got a great deal on my GT2 but would save another $50m+ if I could find the same 2018 today.

Anyone on the fence better run out and grab a 2018 with huge savings before they’re gone!

But considering the residual is ~6% higher on the 2019, you can get relatively comparable lease payments, even with a slightly higher MF (depending on the difference in dealer discount of course). Obviously this doesn't matter if you're planning to buy out the lease.

For the record, I estimated the MF to be 0.00218 and residual (10k/12k/15k) at 55%/54%/52% for GT2 AWD by toying with the numbers in my own calculator until they matched the Kia.com lease calculator. Disclaimer, any of these numbers could be a little bit off, or they could be entirely wrong.

I got my 2019 RWD GT2 for $48455.82 out the door. Would have been 1991 less but I wanted the full wrap around warranty (72 month, 100k)

Edit:
Forgot to mention it's a lease.

RV 27,958.50 after 36 months with 12k miles/year

Why would you get the extended warranty on a 3 year leased car? If you're planning to hold on to it that long, you should buy out the lease as soon as possible (or refinance @ a credit union) to save ~$150/month in lease rent/interest charges.

Because we're planning on buying it and with my current interest rate I'm saving money this way.

Looks like that number is 50282.06, less my negative equity would put it at 49077.74. They tacked on 600 paint protection and I added the warranty. Not sure what math I did to get the 48.4 number now.
