Bad Koons Kia of Woodbridge

Actually started trying to talk to a rep at koons before finding this thread. Turns out I'm having a totally average experience with them!

My price quote's MSRP and window sticker MSRP were the same so she's just straight up lying now.
Koons beats competition on price so buy the car there and then take it for service in Temple Hills DARCARS. Their service manager and master technician are the best dudes I’ve ran into in awhile. Super transparent and real.

I actually had a good experience here. Got a new GT2 RWD. Salesperson was Robert Simmons. He took plenty of time with me and I got to test drive many models. The deal was fair (traded in a 2018 Ram 2500). I will likely use a closer Kia dealership for service as the main reason to go to Koons for me was the large selection of Stingers in stock.

That’s good to hear

They have the lowest advertised price of Stingers, and when i email to ask the detailed discounts separating dealer discount and rebate they never reply.

If you're local I would just recommend going in there with your numbers. They are a busy dealership. I got my 2019 GT2 AWD there. Negotiated on the sales price, then negotiated the $11k or $12k in lease incentives, then negotiated the lease money factor (which is essentially your interest rate).

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Just purchased my new 21 GT from koons today. Overall it was a good experience other than two issues.
1.I got an online quote before showing up and when they gave me the first price, not knowing about my quote, it was 1500 more than the online price. After showing them my email they lowered the price down and said "this is a loss for the dealership", yea ok man.
2. I had to wait for like 2 hours for a state inspection and a car wash.

Other than that it was a good experience. Thomas as a sales man, and Roman as a finance guy where nice and did a good job, other than the wait.

This was an upgrade from my 18 base stinger. The power of the GT is awesome. I am so happy I stepped up.

I initially wanted red interior, but after seeing it in person didn't think it was nice. I also wanted the ceramic silver, but the 21 I think only have them gt2. Not worth it to me just for the color, the other stuff I don't really care about.

In case your wondering my out the door price was 37,500. I think its a good deal considering its about the same price as all the 18 used gts I could find online.

Their prices make me suspicious. My local dealership got one in today and they marked it to $43k. $3k was mark up add ons. I am tempted to fly there and drive one home if their prices is real online.

Nitro in the tires, clear film behind door handles, small strip in front of hood, pinstripe, mud guards, wheel locks and rear cargo liner for their $3k mark up

They very clearly use it as a deceptive discount practice.
