3.3TT Kia Stinger Aftermarket Exhaust Information and Discussion

@Thermal do you guys think you'll be able to show more vids before the 25% off sale times out?

And are these in stock ready to ship or built after order. If built after order how long do they take before shipping out?

Lastly, after removing the restrictions from the stock resonators and piping do you feel like more restrictions were added in by doubling up on the mufflers?
I'm not sure we'll have more vids in the next week. Hope to get a new owner to get a video of the system on his car up soon.

On restrictions question, the side branch resonators on the rear section are passive, so no restrictions to the exhaust flow. They are strictly designed to target the drone resonance.

Sorry for all the questions but what do you mean by passive? I mean, I know what "passive" means, generally, but not when related to exhaust.

No problem, passive meaning the inside resonator on each rear section is designed using Helmholtz, or sound reflective technology which cancels drone without restricting flow. Unlike a muffler that is packed with fiberglass that dampens the sound but restricts the exhaust flow, this design allows the exhaust to exit virtually uninhibited. Done incorrectly, it achieves nothing but a technical look. When done correctly it can address even the most aggressive drone notes.

That makes sense. Thanks for the information.

Forgive me if you already addressed it, but can you share any dynos?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Stillen just messaged me saying their exhaust is almost done. Intake to follow. They wouldn’t give a date though.

After a long wait. I am excited to let you all know that Italian exhaust maker Tubi Style as officially created a Full Exhaust system for the Stinger, including down pipes (not pictured).

It is an active exhaust meaning it has an EVC that has 4 modes and comes with a remote. Below you can find a few photos and a video.

hmm would def need to see more videos, but otherwise it sounded solid. Not spectacular, but not bad.

I watched the video and my wife said, “why are you watching a video of pigs snorting?” Although that’s a little harsh... lol. Doesn’t sound bad but not any better than any of the other exhausts IMO. I love the EVC option. I am likely going to wait for the xforce option that’s coming out sometime this year. Thx for posting!

If you ask me for a word that define the Tubi Style sound, it would be refined. That's what I am looking for......
The sound quality is not like the muscle car's aftermarket exhaust tone, or those from the japanese sporty cars, very diffused and popular taste....IMHO
The system offers the power to choose the exhaust tone....excellent.
Now, my stubburn question....How many HPs adds to the engine???????

robz32..where to purchase it? price?....Thank you

I agree, it's nothing special. The secretive build-up from a couple of weeks ago probably gave me unreasonable expectations though.

The tips might be promising, however.

I like it but... its definitely Italian pricing! 3900usd for cat back and tips.

I personally think it sounds way better than the other options out there, but if that 3900 is right, I can't justify that

Back silencers: 2200 EUR including valve control unit and remote

Mid silencers: 600 EUR

Cat replacements: 800 EUR

Black exhaust tips like mine: 400 EUR

All prices exclude VAT.

If you like the sound above it is just the back silencers. He did not have the mid or cats swapped.
