Kia Stinger 2018 or 2019 GT AWD pricing

Ohio here too, I feel you man.

To answer your original question, the lowest I’ve been able to get a GT awd down to was $36000 before any incentives. It was one of the few yellow ones out there. Cincinnati area here.

36000 is what I really want but could settle for 37500. I'm in the Akron area here. The incentives around me are pretty good. However, I know that could change by July. I'm hoping for some good July 4th deals. I haven't seen any yellow ones at all. I'm not too picky about the exterior but I really want the red interior.

If there is somehow a new 2018 still floating around in July I don’t think you’ll have a problem getting it down to 37500. Are you planning on doing the KMF and loyalty/conquest rebates? I’m not sure how long Kia plans to keep those for the 18s...

I'm going to assume that no new 18s are going to be around in my area by that time so I'm looking at 19s. Currently they have a 3000$ competitive one that I might qualify for and also a 1500$ competitive one. I hope there will be similar rebates in July. If not I'll just put more money down it's not a big deal but I rather save as much as possible.

You can find a list of qualifying cars if you google the right thing. I’d link you to the list but i can’t link yet. Keep in mind that for the 2018 conquest rebate the competitor car had to be 2012 or newer

Yeah I saw the list awhile ago my camry qualifys. It's funny I actually wanted another camry. I wanted the 2019 xse v6. Then I wanted the 2019 Avalon. Then I drove the 2018 accord 2.0t and fell in love with that. I only considered the stinger after my friend heard my wants for a next car and was like "at that price why not just get a stinger" and now I'm in love with the car haha.

Ok, I'm just trying to get the best deal possible. Sounds like immediate buyout is a guy old option. However, when I do the calculation on kia for the lease I hate the more I put down the more I owe at signing. I'll have to play with the numbers more to get the price I want. Not to mention the site was going off of the current MSRP. I'm assuming I can get a decent % off that.

Remember the Kia site does not include taxes and tags so your dealer discount should offset that .

The buyout figure does include sales tax and all fees. What it does not include are liens or other personal negative costs the buyer had to incur to get the loan.

I think he meant in lease payment calculator.

When I put 2000 cash down, this is what i get

$2,618 Due At Signing after all qualifying offer(s) include
  • $2,000 Cash Down
  • $0 Trade-in
  • $618 First Month Payment
  • $0 Security Deposit

I'll let you know the numbers I got here shortly I'm currently at work riding elevators haha

$2000 cash down on a 36 month GT 2019 lease
$0 security
$0 trade in (I'd sell privately if I were to lease)
$481 monthly
$2481 due at signing

When I did the 2018 stinger gt the numbers were a bit higher. Also I could do 481 a month but I rather pay more around 450$ a month ( I gave myself a limit. So to reach those numbers the more I would need to put down. So let's say i put 3000 down the due at signing would go up totaling in over 6000$ that I would have to put out in order to drive off the lot plus other fees and taxes. Now I could do 6000$ in charges but I rather not. I think the best option is to sign up with my local credit union and get a low interest loan from them (my credit is good) and put 5000 or 6000 down on the loan and use the kia financing incentives. Plus my state sucks when it comes to leasing die to tax law ( I live in ohio) now a question I should really look for in these forums is how much will my insurance increase haha.

They were higher on 2018 since the money factor was high on 2018 and residual was less. I do agree that it is better to not put any down, get the lease, transfer it out and then pay off loan. But your tax situation makes it complicated.

I just bought a 2018 GT AWD today: I got it for $32k before tax and title and fees: $1k lower than invoice, $1k cash back rebate, $3k conquest rebate, $2500 financing rebate (I'll pay the loan off next month). I looked into the lease and buyout option but ended up just buying it directly. I was happy with the price.

I'm new to the forum and looking forward to joining more discussions, and looking forward to driving a great car for a long time!
