Jb4 Map 5 injen intakes 93 with a lil e85. Borla cat back with dump valves.
1st run spun had a shitty 60ft but the mph was 118 and change, no fall off. 2nd run dropped power at end of run 11.93. Would love to have taking another shot at it but my spotter is out of state. Were getting another foot of snow tomorrow so I'm on hold till next week.

Terry I have logs for ya, enroute.

We'll have to enable the IAT wire for further testing. Installing it doesn't do anything until you adjust the software setting to turn it on. :)

Ok let me get this straight ... maybe I am the minority here .... so Stung me car with intake and dump valves and JB4 is faster than Tork full bolt on RWD Stinger with ecu tune ??? Does this seem right ?? Is the Tork tune that bad or the JB4 that good? Or wait did someone run at the track and someone use a dragy? Wow @TorkMe @Sales@Tork what are you guys doing ?? How is a car with intakes and dump valves faster than your full bolt on car ??? So if Tork uses a dragy and JB4 will they reach a 10 second pass? Help me guys to better understand this .....

When will the software be enabled or updated for the IAT wire ? I am interested in buying one to see if it solves the issues with the JB4 I am having or at least if it makes them better ....

Still early days but when I know it's 100% doing what we want for these cold weather cars we'll post all of the directions to enable it. The directions for adding the wire to the JB4 harness is in the JB4 thread and the logic is in the v8 firmware. The specific setting to enable it depends on what we're doing and that we need to nail down with some customer logs/testing under various conditions.

I mean I know about the cold weather ...but the car still does it on warm weather as well...when i go WOT from a dig ...1 to 2 the car jerks and it feels like i lose power, same from 3 to 4 but its more noticeable from 1 to 2.....

Who knows, maybe you are just breaking traction, or it's normal shift behavior. If you need/want tuning help post a JB4 log in the support forum. I can tell from the JB4 log whether it's normal or abnormal.

It is normal from 1-2 for the car to close throttle some. It happens to everyone. I have logs of it happening on map 0.

Not everyone. :)
Not stock map 0, map 0 with dp and intake, correct?

Here is a fresh 1/8th mile from this morning. Logging set to .1, still a little fast for my OBD.

It has never happened to me on Map 0......Maybe I am the minority ....Wow you seem to be an expert on this platform....

I am AWD ...Have 245 up front and 275 out back summer tires when I did this at the track/street and experienced it.....It does not happen on Map 0 or when JB4 is disabled.... Next time I do some WOT runs I will post the date for sure so you can give some advice/ideas.....thanks

Correct. Obviously yours doesn't act the same as others because you are one of the few with an ECU tune. Don't confuse Angel though. It is very common with any boltons and one of the many benefits of having a tune.

Just trying to help. Here's a log of it happening on Map 0 with downpipe and intake. It seems to get worse the more power you have. Mine cuts way deeper now after getting the octane right and pushing map 2. It can also happen EVERY shift with the JB4 if it's cold enough out. On cold nights I can hear my BOV through my intakes on shifts. Terry says IAT wires may help with that.

I can't tell you exactly why. There are differing opinions. Not trying to open that can of worms.

No we learned the hard way after someone knocked off our Tial BOV adapter (with an inferior looking product!) not to post photos of stuff for this market until we're ready to ship them. :)

You really think CX Racing knocked off your blow off valve adapter?

Hardly is a full billet piece "inferior"

So I need a ecu tune lol to get rid of this issue ? Thanks for the info Blitz although I never experienced it on map 0 but I have definitely noticed it on map 1 and map 2 ... at least I hope the IAT wires will alleviate the problem ....

Well I'm not sure it's THAT big of a problem honestly. There are multiple people now running 11s with throttle cut every shift.

I think so. Too many similarities. We posted a video of it early Aug, 2018. Photos a month earlier. They probably saw the video, saw we were lagging on releasing it, and tried to fill in the market. It's just the nature of business. They even suggest the same spring after I did weeks of testing on various springs. Strange right given all the possible options? Anyway not a big deal ours is much nicer looking and we include the required vacuum line and caps. But we're certainly going to be more careful with what we post on these forums!

lol maybe he does ... plot twist BMS copied cx racing ...... BMS seemed to copied Tork intakes lol all they did is just a baby shield with the BMS logo but who knows .... CX racing always comes out with news parts that are cheaper .... my first turbo kit back on 2012 was a cx racing one ....I don’t think he was the first one to design that flange for Tial BOV I seen a couple guys on Facebook that had those way before Terry released his or had his ... one guy has a single one like terry and another guy had dual Tial ...

He really needs to log his specific "issue" and see if there is an issue at all, and if so then how to best correct/improve it.

Who is running 11’s?? So far the only person I seen run 11’s is Tork Motorsport’s ... they have track video and slip .... who else ?? I have yet to see a video or track slip of a JB4 run 11s at the track ... you would think with the amount of people that own JB4 you would see one .... again I am probably the minority that feels this way or sees it this way ....
