I added calc DA's to the top 4 times on the Google sheet based on location and weather details of the day the Dragy / slip was posted (this took me entirely too long, but it's awesome data to have). Maybe this will put to rest the amount of doubt that Get Stung received over his time... look at that DA!

New enhancement to the Google spreadsheet: I made a form to allow anyone to easily enter their times and specify their mods / DA / octane / etc. After the form is completed the times are automatically added.

For the record, elevation at my "spot" is 670ft. I'm not sure that's the number you used for your calculation. It's not exactly high altitude.

No, I'm pretty sure I used the elevation of Albany / Saratoga Springs for yours and ScottyCole's. If you still have all the information you can use this calculator to get the correct DA: DA Calculator - Density Altitude Calculator - DragTimes.com

My thoughts are that we may see the needle move just a bit towards mid 11s before track season, then it's heat soak city. WMi or FMIc will only help a bit and only while you're at WOT or while spraying from my past experiences.

My times have consistently dropped for up to a month after adding new mods. The ECU needs to learn. My graphs start kinda funky and slowly get to a perfect rise in ignition with a higher peak because less retardation throughout. There is certainly something to be said for doing 10-20+ runs on one setup before achieving your best times with it. Some mods recommend pulling the battery to wipe the ECU memory so it can readjust faster. My AEM intake recommended it. It will slow you down to begin with in my experience, but the adaptation will be faster in the end.
