Reduced boost in 1st gear to help with the launch, went a bit quicker. Most of the gain probably from the extra slope. For a 1WD vehicle it's just difficult to put the power down out of the hole. Even with better tires.

Am I seeing much less throttle cut and timing pull on the shifts? Looks like it isn’t pulling as much then. SOLID TIME.

Agree, less throttle pull and much less timing pull on shifts. This is where Terry and John hug and we all benefit in advancing the platform. :) I'm guessing we are going to see the third 11 second Stinger sometime today.

.08 of this is in wheel weight reduction but thats a valid mod like all others.
My 22 lb 19 inch Momo RF-5Cs are being built now. I needed the 19s to keep rolling in style.

You mean .18? He ran a 12.18 before the wheels.

.8 reduction would mean he was running 12.8x before new wheels. Or am I reading you wrong?

Saying .08 was the wheels the rest was tires and tune. Rotational wheel weight should be about 1.6x actual weight so 50 lbs x 1.6 equal to an 80 lb reduction or .08 seconds.

8.5 and 9.5 with stock tires.
And if i can start spinning those i got room to go a little wider.
 
Stock 19" rims are a tragedy! The 18" Enkei rims rims are a touch under 19# each, I did 9.5" in the rear and 8.5" in the front. Saved 52# all around on the bathroom scale. Seemed to be worth around 1mph, ET is harder to tell as there are a lot of factors. Maybe nothing maybe .1ths. Tonkabob will be a better case study for that as he doesn't have the traction variable. I wonder what the factory 18s weigh.
