Drag/Acceleration Kia Stinger 0-60 MPH Times

Is that the only way? Has no one made something to read Canbus speed with time?
The JB4 does using Canbus data but it’s not nearly as accurate as GPS data like a Dragy.
 
Not many updates on this thread - but has anyone tried launching from 2nd gear? Launch control works (surprisingly) and I'm actually getting better 0-60 times this way (no traction issues with RWD from 2nd). Sadly my slope was slightly invalid (the road dropped like 2ft just as I shifted to 3rd) but it was pretty decent considering my DA of 2400ft compared to some of y'alls -2000ft DAs the last few months :D
Share the dragy even if invalid. I wont add to the list cause we need boundries but dragy is +- 30% on slope so that same spot could be valid next run. My local drag strip is somewhere between -.02 and -.37% in the quarter and -17% to -82% 0-60 on the track.
Using custom mode sport trans and comfort awd you can do LC at 50/50 for those few having awd traction issues. Not sure it would help the 1/4 ( more drive train loss?)but may in 0-60.

Tonka, did tork raise your rev limiter for LC? I think he mentioned he was workin on it last year. What RPM are you launching at now?
He didn't directly change the rpm but think he did indirectly through some other limiters. Tork and i both launch around 2450. Most others logs i see launch 2250 to 2300.

Are you able to build boost while doing so? I know normally you dont, but with a tune I'm not sure.
 
No boost or very little unfortunately. But the extra RPM seems to help a little.
 
Since this thread has been dead for a month or more and to spice things up, I'm expanding to top 15. So some of the old bumps have been revived. Its spring, get out and drive fast and do some mods!

Good chance that run would have been the RWD 0-60 MPH record.

Man I wish my last run was valid for slope. I'm going to try again tomorrow or Monday and get myself a nice juicy 4.1x to rep the RWD guys

Dragy prefered but also allowing purpose built performance measuring device. OBD apps not included.
If you get in top 5 we will get you a dragy loaner.
Obd fusion runs about .3 to .4 faster than reality. Obd reading is just too slow.
 
Good news! Dragy now shows your DA automatically at the top! But I swear the slope on this run is exaggerated. Last time I ran here it was like -1.6% (still not valid, but certainly not -4.x%)
