Im sure they are when we have to smog check our cars at certified smog centers every other 2 years I bet . Never tried it though as most all my cars were stock. Maybe others on here can chime in on it though?

GT models with AWD and 18" AS package tires from the factory are limited to 135.
The 19" standard option is limited to 167 since it comes with summer tires.
