July Incentives

11% before lease cash is an amazing deal! The only thing I would caution is to make sure to look over the paperwork very carefully before you sign. My dealer added a .0004 (.00273)to the money factor for my GT1 purchase. I knew I was doing a lease buyout so I didn't care BUT if you plan on straight up leasing this will raise your monthly payment. Just be careful. I haven't seen anyone get more than 10% off MSRP.
I also checked my money factor and It was a little higher than yours, so I think that would offset the reduction in residual.

I am going to put $500 down payment to bring my monthly to $534

Hi All,

I finally did it! After tons of research and sloughing thru many nightmarish dealerships, I leased my GT2 this past Friday!

I originally planned on leasing a GT, but they gave me such a good price, I left with a GT2.
According to TrueCar, I got it at an exceptional price - more than 8% off MSRP. That is before the $8,900 in rebates. 7900 Lease Cash / 1000 AWD.

The dealership I worked with was unbelievable from beginning to end.
I can't say enough good things about them.

If you live in the Baltimore, MD area I really encourage you to contact them.
Koons KIA (888) 797-8293
Ask for James Brandon or Russ Allen (manager)

Tell them that Mike sent you.
I promise you won't be sorry.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Congrats! Would you mind sharing some of the details on your offer? I'm in Philly area looking for Ceramic GT2 and most do not want to deal, so I'm expanding my search area.

I will tell you that True Car says an exceptional price is $47,440 (8.24% off MSRP).
and according to TrueCar only one person in the Baltimore, MD area got that deal.

Koons will beat that deal and that is before any rebates. (if you lease, you will receive $8900 in additional rebates)
I believe they were very motivated because it was the end of the month.
You still have Monday and Tuesday to ride that motivation.
Tell them Mike, who drove off the lot on Friday with the Black GT2, sent you.
Russ Allen, the manager, was a true pleasure to deal with.

There is a thread on this forum called "What did you pay for your Stinger"
I just about beat them all.

There is actually a Ceramic GT2 AWD at a nearby dealership. MSRP $52,795.
They are advertising it at $49,609 (and I'm pretty sure that does not include the $900 Freight)
Koons will absolutely beat that deal by at least $1500. Probably more.

Finally! I’ve mentioned the GT2s have better deals around our area as far as discounts and when you add in the lease cash, it becomes even better! Happy you were able to get the deal done, congrats! Now get out there and enjoy that ride!

That's great! How much did it end up being monthly and for how many miles? 36 or 48 months?

It was for 36 months
I don't want to sound like a jerk, but I rather not share the final number.
I will tell you that is was better than almost all the other numbers I saw on this forum and another forum.
Over 8.5% off MSRP before the $8900 rebates. MD doc fee is capped at $300. Tax is 6% of purchase price up front. Got a damage waiver for $500
I started out looking for a GT and ended up with a GT2 for not much more.
According to True Car I am in the exceptional price range with one other person (nationally).

Mike, Congrats on your deal. I'm surprised you did that well with Koons, I had been going back and forth with their Woodbridge spot for months, and could never get a good deal. I finally pulled the trigger 2 weeks ago at Buchanan Kia, up in Westminster, MD (Gferg, you should check them out), and did way better than Koons could do (tried to have them match the deal, since they had spent time with me, no go. )

Buchanan either beat or came really close to your pricepoint, I got an AWD GT2 for $39,400 after lease incentives, about to do the buyout, and they did not charge the $900 delivery fee that Koons insisted is standard for every Kia Dealer. I tried hard to work with Koons, but they ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth after seeing the contrast with Buchanan, who was super upfront and straightforward.

These things seem to depend on who you get and how willing they are to do the deal at that moment. Some folks want to make a killing on every car, some want to sell as many as they can and develop relationships that bring in referrals. Some folks work with the same dealer and have a great experience, while others don’t. I say go to who provides the best deal for you, it’s your money and you get to decide how you want to spend it.
