Yes I researched the RaceChip! I was initially concerned about the JB4 and watched several videos. I purchased the RC based on their claims of performance and simplicity of installation. Everything is easy in hindsight! RC refuse to honour their warranty and place blame for its failure on the modifications I have made, which is BS!

Simple! disconnecting the racechip, the vehicle returns to normal mode with no malfunction. Re-connect the racechip and the system malfunction appears and the vehicle is stuck in Comfort mode!

Makes sense. And Racechip won't replace the unit based on that explanation? Sounds very much like it is defective.
