JB4 Stinger Fuel Control Add On Wires Install Video

Does anyone have a video or pictures of where the fuel wires go on the 2.0?

You're only connecting 1 wire on the 2.0.

For 2L applications only the longer wire is used and it goes to the primary o2 sensor signal WHITE wire.

If you post a picture of the primary o2 with the wire loom pulled back I can circle the wire for you but it'll be the only white wire staring you in the face.

Thanks Ecko. I was able to figure that out and have the fuel control wire install now. Just need to get my HKS plugs gapped and swapped in so I can start pushing map2!

It is amazing how much information is provided in this thread. Thanks to all who contributed!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Hi All,

First time posting but been reading for a few months. Got my new Aus delivered 2020 Stinger GT at the start of this month and have installed my Denzo plugs gapped at .024” and JB4. Because I want it full plug and play, I ordered some o2 sensor extension cables and don’t want to pull back the shroud. Can anyone tell me which pin I need to tap ? They are labelled 1 to 6 on the cable but are all black. If anyone has a picture showing the pin on the connector I can figure it out from there.

I made mistake of not gapping to exactly .022 my first time with the denzo plugs. Had them at .026. Noticed a significant improvement when I removed them again and set exactly at.022. I do suggest you do the same.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

For anyone searching, it’s Pin 1.

I’m running Map 1 right now and will see how I go with Map 2 before deciding if I’ll pull them out again. It was a royal PITA without removing the intake manifold and I’d rather not have to do it unless necessary.

I do agree it was PITA the first time. Second time I got smart and purchased 63141_W3.webp a swivel connector and did not take the manifold off, only loosened it and was able to get the plugs out and back in with relative ease. took only 45 min to hour to do second time. If you feel any pausing or lag in anyway it's the gap. I am no mechanic but learned from experience.
