Thank you for the referral, not only do we sell the authentic 3.0K emblems, but we absolutely stand behind our warranty with any issues that may arise.
Hmm, this does not sound right at all. I would love to find out some more info about this. More times than not, customers will order the emblems, and email us and say they want to return them because they arrived with scratches on them or bubbling on the black section. Just today we received this exact email from a customer. What they don't realize, is that those "Scratches & defects" in the black material, is actually the clear protective decal that is placed over the top of the emblems to prevent them from getting damaged or scratched in shipping. Not only does it cover this in the installation instructions on our site, but we make sure to send out additional business cards, informing the customer to please read and follow the installation instructions that we have on our site, showing how to remove the protective sticker after installing the emblems. However, many times customers miss this, and just discredit the product as being cheap or what not and want to return it.
Our emblems are not easy to scratch in the black section at all as you have indicated, so it makes me wonder if you happen to be one of the customers who didn't realize you were looking at the clear protective sticker, and not damage to the actual emblem itself.
Thank you again, this is correct. We have an easy hassle free return policy, if you are not happy, we stand behind our products and your right to return them.
I appreciate the kind words on our customer service! However, in regards to the emblems, not sure what period in time you had them, but many newer owners to Kia are not familiar with the big #emblemgate issue of 2013-2014 (early 2015). There were major manufacturing issues that had taken place back then, that had caused major quality control issues with the emblems. About 80% of this took place prior to us taking over North American Distribution of the 3.0K emblems. Short of having issues with our all "Luxury White" (all white) emblems that we had custom made with the manufacturer for the KDM community, we have not really had many issues at all with the quality of our 3.0K emblems. Most members who have experienced repeated issues with the emblems were customers who had ordered during the #emblemgate timeframe, and were used to the quality control issues that had taken place prior to us taking over North American Distribution of the product.
You mean the "Luxury White" emblems that were discontinued about a year ago. (Never had any issues with the white CF emblems turning beige) Yeah, unfortunately, no matter what we did, or how hard we tried, (even after changing vinyl manufacturers a number of times) they kept having issues, so we eventually had to discontinue them.
Yes, we absolutely would replace them for free at no charge if there was something wrong with them, and not just the clear protective sticker needing to be removed from the top of the emblems.
