How much are you willing to pay? (lease)

WAIT!! So $52K-7200 is $45K minus whatever that $ shaved is. DAMN!! GOOD DEAL!!!! lol

Enjoy your ride!! :)
I agree, the Stinger is better equipped. I wish the Red Sport has Android Auto and Ventilated seats. But like I said not going to overpay for it. If my lease was up 6 months later. I would definitely have gotten the Stinger GT2 like at $450 a month.
The only way you're getting a GT2 down to $450/mo lease is get Kia to sell you the car for $44,000 and still give you the $7,200 in lease cash. That's $15,500 off MSRP. $36,xxx for a GT2 AWD. Good luck with that.

Just thought I would follow up, I ended going to another dealer and back to the first one. The new deal is 500$ for 36 months, instead of 48. This is great, and I cannot believe that was even on the table before.
I am exited and will be picking up a black gt1 tomorrow :)

Congratulations!

It looks like they gave you about 5% off MSRP. Decent deal, imo.

Do these numbers line up with your final numbers.

Well you're leaving out one big thing, the MF. MF will probably come down as time goes on. At that point you won't need as big of a discount. Their MF is ridiculous right now, especially compared to other manufacturers. It's like 2x what I've seen for other vehicles I've been interested in.

With current rebates and MSRP pricing and a 0.0 MF, you'd still be at 570-600 monthly payments with no money down. I'm just going off paper napkin numbers on leasehackr calculator.

This is for a GT2 AWD, 36 mo 12k, 51% residual.
I'm also assuming tax is at 9.5%.

Very true, the MF will come down. But even at 0% MF, you're still looking at a $11,000 discount off MSRP for a $450 GT2 lease payment.

I personally am never expecting a $450 payment. I'd be thrilled with 550-600. My tax rate is only 5% so that helps some. I think talking them down a few thousand won't be that difficult. My local dealer has like 10 Stingers sitting on the lot. Doesn't really look like they're moving in my area. I'm hoping after that GT2 AWD sits there for a while they'll be willing to deal a little more.

Just so I'm clear on the numbers, you basically put $2,900 into the deal for a $500/mo payment that includes taxes, fees, etc? I'm asking as that's about what I'm expecting to see a GT1 go for ($2,900/36 = $80.55) + $500 = $580/mo payment out the door. I'm handing over one of our cars to my oldest in May so looking for a GT1 deal, sub-$600 by then.
I would say that a GT1 should be less then 600$ for sure!

Went dealer ship yesterday,test drive the 2.0 and 3.3,on 2.0, full load,MSRP $41650
Offer:$3000 down
Month:$343
Miles:10000/year

Base level GT and a premium trim 2.0 are VERY close in price (MSRP for each is only about a $1k difference or so), so I would think a base GT at the 2.0 price should be doable. The only exception is if the dealer feels the GT is in much higher demand and is less willing to haggle on it much.

I think you all are in luck because I just got a great deal on my new GT2! Either I got lucky or KIA just told dealers to start pushing Stingers.

I finally found a RWD GT2 in Micro Blue with white(gray) interior and thought I'd pay a premium, but I worked them down to under invoice! $570m+tax for 48m/10k with only first payment and $205 L.T.R. fees at signing. I did get $196 trade equity for my Optima but thats a total of 1k down for only $600m on an extremely rare Stinger. I was quoted $699m+tax for that same car if I pre-ordered it back in December...

I held off long enough and think the time to lease is now!
