Has your dealer called you out on posting your deal details online?
One would think. Why would they? It’s not like you sign a non disclosure agreement.
Are you saying yours did?One would think.
Yes. I updated my deal details to clarify / set expectations more realistically. But IMO it's not professional. Are you saying yours did?
Mine has appreciated the exposure and referrals from me harping about my deal.
That's really disappointing to hear.Yes. I updated my deal details to clarify / set expectations more realistically. But IMO it's not professional.
I agree. I'm really trying to like them, but they're no Acura (my baseline). That's really disappointing to hear.
What!? Your dealer contacted you because you posted details of your deal!? What a joke.Yes. I updated my deal details to clarify / set expectations more realistically. But IMO it's not professional.
$55,500 including winter rims and tires, 3M bra and tint, and tax, for a GT Limited (GT2)

I can see why they would be concerned because my final price happened after a bunch of mixups. It wasn’t what anyone was aiming for originally. It also sounds like they are being pushy. The positive thing I can say is that they kept working with me until I was happy, even after I took possession of the vehicle.Thats pretty sad that they called you out about it after I mentioned the deal they gave you. When they gave me their best price, I asked to take it home to go over with the wife and think about it. They said no they wanted to keep the prices 'in house' that I could call my wife from there only. I passed on signing. I spoke with them again the next day and I did mention your price at that point, they told me you were a super nice guy, but that you were essentially lying to me.
I don't have the exact numbers because they wouldn't let me keep them, but it was around $54200 for the car including tax/delivery, etc, then $2200 for tires and $1200 for tint/3m . So basically 58k for the same thing you got for $55.5. The more I think about this, even if they do call me back with the pricing I want I don't think I want to deal with them at this point.
