Has anyone seen any Stingers in the wild?

I usually take my dogs with me when running errands and such.

Ain't no way they're getting in the Stinger!

Yesterday being Sunday the 1st July, it was a nice sunny day, so i decided to drive my Stinger, drove it city bound on the Western Ring Road here in Melbourne, stopping at a Maccas truck and rest area to have breakfast, as im enjoying my breakfast with a coffee, i notice a Aurora black Stinger park next to my Deep Chroma Blue Stinger, i was not in a rush to get going so i waited for the other Stinger owner to walk back to his car, and chat for a while, it was nice to have another Stinger side by side, and be able to compare colours and chat owner experience, still have not seen a Micro Blue and only seen a HiChroma Red from a distance, might see that Stinger again at the next Victorian meet.

Did you find out if he has joined the forum?
i did not actually ask if he has joined this forum, but if i attend the next Victorian meet, i will ask him and other Stinger owners in attendance, i do not know the details of this Stinger Forum decal your all talking about, and if we need to pay for one, but like your idea about distributing them to dealerships, i guess we can do the same next time we attend a Stinger meet, if you guys think it would be a good idea to have a bunch and distribute to other Stinger owners, i am all for it, of course it was your idea @AV8R , nice one, so if i can get a bunch of decals as well, i would love to advertise our great forum here, i leave it up too you guys.

Ok with me. Run it by Sal tho. If he sends all to me im happy to be oz distributor.

There are 4 plus mine in a 10 mile radius from where I live, which is nuts comparatively speaking..

@Derek Duson, another Aura Black GT, a Silky Silver 2.0 and a High Chroma Red GT that I seen yesterday going south on Hwy Z in Wentzville

Seen several of them in the emerald coast of florida. Seen couple black ones, couey blue ones, a red one, a silver one, and a white one. But they are all stock. Nothing done to them. I was told I have the only yellow one in florida. Not the typical yellow, I like to make my cars unique. Wrapped the hood and the top of trunk also changed all the badges and wheel covers to the "E".

Spotted this white beauty yesterday afternoon on the Hume Highway on our way back to Sydney from Goulburn, my wife waved as we passed them, then they flashed when I pulled in front of them.

IMHO I think the roof has to be wrapped also. Just not sure if you follow the crease and leave a yellow strip on each side. That would matchup to the front but the rear is edge to edge so it misses on that. Decisions.

Unfortunately, you aren't the only yellow. Maybe on the west coast, but here in fort Lauderdale, I think I was the first, there are now 2 more, 1 in Miami and 1 in Orlando. Those were the three yellow stinger for sale in this area. But, I am partial the yellow.

None except at the dealer.
Two dudes at a golf course saw me drive in and walked over to ask what kind of car it was. I said a KIA, both were somewhat surprised, one thought it was a Maserati or Mercedes, the other thought it was a BMW or Mercedes. Both thought the car looked great. The same thing when I was leaving the golf course, 2 more dudes asking about the car, this time more performance/handling questions. Again both thought the car looked "cool". These four golfers knew absolutely nothing about the car and I mean nothing, other than if they watched the Super Bowl they remember an ad where a car was driven backwards on a race track, but have no idea what kind of car. Yet, all four probably fit the profile of a potential Stinger buyer, I'm surmising here, 40's, driving an Acura and a Mercedes and at a $$ golf course.
Realization to Stinger: Very few people (potential buyers) know who/what you are!
Suggestion to Stinger: Rent a spot in a mall (the mall where wives shop and husbands wait) put a Stinger there, staff it all day with a salesperson and have one or two current Stinger owners there to answer questions.

I am waiting on some funds before I can wrap the roof. Itll be done soon.

They kinda do do that. They’re called the Stinger Salon. I went to the one at the Irvine Spectrum Mall. It’s an outdoor mall and the Salon is in a store type space. The doors are open (I’m sure not in bad weather) and the car is a red AWD GT2. So if you’re walking by you will see the nose. Inside are pictures videos nice chairs and two people to answer your questions. This location is right across from the Apple Store. The bad is the mall is going through major renovation so walkways were constrained.

There are examples here with the colored border, mine included, but I have yet to see where it is wrapped to the edge of the roof. With your yellow border around the hood, I think it would look good with the border on the roof also. JMO
