Ok, Mrs and I, a rare night off for me, go out for dinner. Cruising home in the stinger, getting buzzed by a guy in a Vette with handicap plates?!?, And some kid in his dads rc350, we come upon a silver gt1(I think) heading westbound on Sunrise, slowed down and honked the horn, sorry if we scared you, we couldn't get into his lane, road split. He continued down sunrise and we veered off onto federal highway. The Mrs is pointing and laughing like a schoolgirl. besides the fact that i was holding her hand as i was driving, she know has the vulcan death grip and flailing her arm that was a second ago calm. suffice it to say, she was extremely excited that she saw her first stinger in the wild, i am deaf in one ear from her merrymaking, right hand knuckles crushed. and i loved every minute of it.

Finally after more than 10K miles and 5 months, saw a beautiful High Chroma Red opposite me on a 2 lane road. I barely had time to realize what I was looking at to flash and say Hi. @Bear was that you coming up Glenkirk in Gainesville at about 4:20 this afternoon? If so, that Stinger of yours was gorgeous.

Wasn’t me, but I’ve probably seen the same one. I saw a lady, about a month ago, on Linton Hall headed towards Glenkirk from 28. My wife ran into a red one on Linton Hall in Haymarket. We were out driving around that same time today, but we’re headed down 29/66 to take the Stinger to get it’s first oil change. I almost went down Linton Hall instead of 66 at that time.

I am in the area everyday around 4:00 - 4:30 depending on trafic. 66W to Gainesvill, then left on that road I can not remember the name of, then a right onto Glenkirk. I am so stupid that I get so excited to see another Stinger.

First sighting in Memphis, TN after six months! I was turning ... she at a stop sign. Sweet young lady in a micro blue. I beep twice ... she smiles and waves with both hands. I think it was her first glimpse of a Stinger in the wild too! Wish I was going her way!

I’ve had my Stinger a full month now. In greater L.A. area I haven’t seen one. I saw one about two months ago at the UCLA Medical Plaza. It was leaving the entrance as I was waiting at the light to turn in. So, anyone here been to the medical plaza? I’m having a hard time remembering the color. Maybe a lighter color, white, silver or ceramic but not sure. I was so excited to see one I forgot to memorize the details.

I haven’t run into Jenna and her Swarm either. Need to hang out in downtown and or the LA River. LOL.

Well, finally! I was going home after taking some beauty shots, changed my avatar! At the car wash near me I see a blue vision being dried off. I’m stuck at a light trying to turn. Finally I get an opening and pull to the curb next to a blue Stinger Premium. I honk to get the attention of the guy who’s waiting for his car. He turns around and I wave and roll down my window. We chatted a bit and he hadn’t noticed at first what I was driving. Then he did and we fist bumped. LOL. He wasn’t aware of the forums so I told him the name and hope to see him here too. So finally another one in my neighborhood. Woot!

Besides owning the Stinger, I have yet to see another one in my area besides the ones at dealerships. I am in the Kent/Fedway area of WA. Anyone seeing them around in their respective areas?

I am always on the lookout trying to find them...mainly because they are so nice to look at...lol

I own the first Stinger GT2 AWD sold in the entire United States and it is the 2nd Stinger GT2 W/O AWD sold in the entire United States. I live in Sammamish, WA and bought my Stinger at Lee Johnson Kia in Kirkland, WA on November 29th 2017. It is painted in the Hi-Chroma Red color - looks absolutely awesome. I too have not seen another Stinger on the road - just at the Kia dealerships!

In stroudsburg pa area I have only see one and it was yellow and it was parked so technically not on the road but these cars are far and few in between and according to my local dealership I'm still the only Gt2 in this area for now

I’m not too far from you. I'm in Kirkland and work at a little tech company in Redmond. I have a black Premium running around the area.

I’ve seen a yellow GT and 2 silver Premiums in Kirkland. Black Gt in Redmond and white Premium in Bellevue.

PS: They just got a Red on Red that looks pretty sick, but will admit the Ceramic Silver looks badass in person. Online pictures don’t do it justice and it almost looks like a custom matte paint job. IMO it’s actually a close second to the Micro Blue, and would have considered it if it had the light Gray Nappa leather.
