why does it even have to have anything to do between 2 countries? But that seems to be a common thing in this forum.

And I’ll elaborate on this point, you did read my intent correctly. I posed that question because it absolutely astounds me how and why that would even be picked up as an observation. Only a tribal, us against them mentality looks at life that way, all I see is people reporting, as the thread title states, Stingers they see out and about. I couldn’t care if half the posts came from the Ukraine.

It was just an observation and had nothing to do with any ill intent or cause friction and certainly nothing to do with one country vs another. People read sooo much into little quirky comments they make up quarrels.

Maybe it was a positive comment ever think of that. No I'm sure you didn't. Maybe I'm jealous that you guys have so many members and I'm over here seeing one other Stinger in the last 4 months. Its always negativity first with some people.

You sound like me in the first c. five months. I was carping on here about never seeing any other Stingers. My first sighting was amazing. Met the guy a bit later @Gordo and we took pics of our cars side by side and visited over dinner; later, went out together to dinner with our wives. Quite unique as Stingers in the Wild goes. I've now seen 29 in almost two years. And yes, I am apparently not that observant, because my grandson sees them all the time around here.

I'm a mess with issues who forgets and waves to Subaru owners like I'm still part of that community, LOL. I really liked your story Merlin and at the end of the day it says a lot for being in a unique group of individuals like yourself, feels like a closer community more so than being part of that Subie culture.

Saw a yellow one yesterday at the gas station. This is perhaps the 5th time since i got mine that i have seen one in sweden.

I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and have only ever seen 2 Stingers in the wild. I HAVE seen 3 of them in dealerships. Two of them were Stinger GTS's. Bought one of them!
