Today at the take out "joint", 2 builders at the entrance checked out my car back and front.
by look of their faces, they didnt figure out what brand it was.

10 Minutes later at my moms place, where i was going to unload groceries.
A man cam and talked about the car, and he almost thought it was a lexus with the vintage k emblems on the car.

A White and a Thunder Grey (Panthera) with me on the 427S then 401E at roughly 4-4:30pm today. Good to have company in that nightmarish traffic.

Russell st-M4 on ramp had the company of a Red gt, I slowed in the inside lane, the passenger a female turned her head(no wave). I then over took under speed they got 4 barrels of Ark. Theirs was stock standard no badge changes.

Later I had a truckies passenger wind down the window to tell me "Very nice, how much?" Got a big grin and a thumbs up.

2 guys on one moped passed my car as i walking towards it.
Back guy points on my red stinger, exclamating(?):
Check Check *points at my car* Thats a lexus!
A KIA?! Are you sure?!

I mainly only heard the passenger side of the convo. The moped driver obviously knew it was a kia, and his friend more or less would call his friend a liar. (I have the vintage k logo, to make it a little more clear).

(This is marginally on topic, sorry!) Today I drove from Virginia to New York and didn't see a single Stinger. I kept track of how many Telluride's I saw too...that number definitely wasn't zero. I don't know whether to be delighted or sad with how rare Stinger sightings can be.

Rarity / exclusivity is why I picked this (well, one of the reasons) over the other German cars we see every day.

For me it was moreso reliability (with the warranty backing that up,) and the sheer value per dollar. But to stay on topic...seeing more Stingers in the wild would help validate this vehicle's deserved presence in the market.

If the wife was to get a red Stinger, that would be great for you as well, next time you hear from her, she will say, "guess what-I have some great news", "we are expecting" , and you say"when are you due" , she will say "in September", you will then say to her " why didn't you tell me this earlier" she will say " well I just purchased my baby last week, as in my own red Stinger " ...
