Last night I was driving and saw a red GT, then immediately after I saw a Ceramic Gray GT. Something didn't feel right though, I never see Stingers here, much less two back to back. I started to hear a strange sound from the passenger seat, a light snoring but no one was there. The cabin starting fading in and out, then suddenly I was in my bed at home. Twas all a dream, I have yet to see another Stinger since I bought my car a month ago.

Quite honestly, I don't even mind. Just yesterday I had a guy at a stop light yell at me, "What is that???" When I told him it was a Kia, his response was "No way! I thought it was a new Jag or something!"

I probably see 4 or 5 Teslas a day here. They are super common for some reason. Probably because of all of the tech companies in the area.
Funny enough, I see them all the time in northern NJ. Even Model 3s now, a ton of them. I think it's time to admit Tesla is on to something.

I see a lot of teslas here in South Florida. Almost obnoxious

I'm in LA this week (since Tuesday) and haven't seen one yet. I saw two Teslas yesterday and one on Friday. My son-in-law who lives in Van Nuys and works in LA proper says he only sees c. one Tesla a month.
Merlin's son-in-law must not be looking hard enough for Teslas; over here on the east side of L.A. County and the San Gabriel Valley, I can't get away from them. Any drive of more than a couple of miles turns up one or more of the pesky things. Very annoying, since between them and myriad Optimas, I'm always spotting an attractive roofline in traffic, speeding up to see if it's a Stinger, and then being disappointed. :( A friend recently excitedly reported, "I'm seeing lots of Stingers out there now." I haven't had the heart to tell her that she probably hasn't.

I have a Tesla service center like a mile away with a dealership in a nearby town so I see plenty. Not sure what's obnoxious about seeing them other than the weird lack of a grille on the front. I wish the Stinger was electric. I'd be flooring it all the time and charging every night for pennies.

Or better yet, charge it up for free at work. Most big businesses round these parts have charging stations in the parking lots. Times a'changing.

We're in some business townhouses, so me running a power cable out the second floor window and across the sidewalk to the car has lawsuit written all over it!

Here on the west side they are everywhere. I used to count them as they were so rare and new. Maybe 4 or 5 if I was out and about all day. Now, I gave up. It’s 20-30 on an extended day going around. One time at a light I had two on my left and one behind.
Now I count Stingers ... yeah I’m gonna see one any minute now.

I bought my Stinger for long hauls up and down the full length of Cali, from Crescent City to San Diego County. An electric would be useless.

October was Stinger Sighting Month(TM) for me. Saw a red one yesterday in Prescott, AZ and as usual (except for my convoy last week) I was in a different car.

Last week was also one where a lot of people asked me about my car. The first thing everyone asks is how much it costs, which is interesting. One guy asked if it was a hybrid (and he was a BMW owner). Uh, no...

On approaching my car parked at my local supermarket a Ceramic Silver GT drove between me & my car, I waved but she didn’t see me, I think she was checking my car out in her mirrors. I was just excited to see another in my suburb.

Yes I have the same problem I wave at attractive women and they ignore me too! Lol
