Brought my car into the dealer today to do the recommended 6,000 maintenance, which includes rotating the tires. She's got about 8k on the odometer now. The service tech seemed a bit perplexed when I got there and said he can't rotate them because they're staggered. I told him that I thought tire rotation on staggered setups just means swapping the left and rights on the same axle. He brought in a mechanic and they both agreed that nobody with a GT RWD Stinger needs to do this maintenance item. However I've seen both on this board and on other car forums, people rotating their tires in the fashion I've described.
Am I wrong here? They got the car in the bay right now and they're just gonna do an oil change and inspection. What have you guys experienced so far?
