Gray loaded GT2 $11k off in Houston Texas

Just was offered a sales price of 43,500. gross cap cost of 44,924 - 7,300 lease special. net cap cost 37,621 for a RWD GT2 Stinger 450 lease payment a month.
That's a really low lease payment. How did you get there I have to wonder?

I am surprised that most of you do not know about dealer demos. It is very common. I have been buying them for years. My Equus was a demo and I got a $6k discount. Demo means that the sales manager or the general manager will drive a new car. That car will then have a big discount.

I seriously doubt that the owner of the dealership is going to abuse your car. There is never much media based info about these demo cars. You have to go into the dealership and ask about them.

Also, I had to have a fully loaded GT2 with the red Nappa interior. My car has both and I knew it the moment I drove it. Why would I risk not getting what I want because the $11k discount was not enough.

My goal was to get exactly what I wanted and a $10k discount. The additional $1k is not important. Driving a car that has everything I want is important, as I will be living with it for at least the next 6 years. $41.5k for my car is just stupid. The GT2 is barely half a step down from an M3 or Mercedes AMG. I used to own a C63. I have an M3. These cars are all north of $70k and do not have the amount of upgrades that the Stinger GT2 has.

That is why I get a laugh when someone refuses to buy a car that is perfect for them because they only got a $10k discount. I call that being penny wise and pound foolish.

The dealer who I asked had around 5k miles on it and he told me that. Dealer might have lied or was wrong (either).

I looked into leasing a BMW demo, because that's how you often get a really amazing deal. I believe their cutoff for many lease-related things (such as, incentives, being able to lease at all, etc) was usually right around 5k miles. I think similar for MB. So it's possible that in THIS case, the demo was > 5k miles, so no longer leasable, but in general, demos with less than 5k miles may be.

Saying the GT2 is barely a half-step down from an AMG is too much of an exaggeration, AMGs are on a different level in performance and luxury. They can also be spec'd at more than double the cost without things like carbon fiber and come with a significantly lower warranty so the GT2 is the only way to go unless you have (lots of) money to spare.

It depends. I was directly comparing the Stinger to the AMG43. I think the Stinger does very well.

My AMG was a 2011 model. It was a little faster than the Kia but not a lot. The interior and technology of the Kia is also competitive...actually it is far better than the tech in my C63. The navigation on the C63 was horrible.

Of course times have changed. Were I to drive a 2019 C63 I might change my mind, but my Kia GT2 is not a full step down from my 2011 C63. They are much closer than that.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
