Good Lease Deal??

The AWDs used to have it, I guess the changed it.

... you do have AWD, right? For that price, I kind of assumed that..

Heated steering wheel was standard on all 2018 model year Stingers. Optional on all 2019 models. I am assuming typically as part of awd package.

I think you're both right. I do recall seeing it on a 2019 AWD GT1, which is why I thought it would also be on a GT2. I never thought RWDvAWD determined if it had it or not. Figured it had to do with the trim level. Why would it not be on a RWD? Just trying to understand the logic they used?

RWD! Are you saying I overpaid :(:unsure:

I already said that above.

I bought my 2019 in October last year (one of the first 19MY.) My MSRP was less for my GT2 AWD with remote start and mud guards. Not sure what "port options" bump you up that high for a RWD. Your window sticker should show you.

Kia, and their US dealer network, figure that if someone is going to drive a Stinger routinely in cold weather they are probably going to get an awd model.

I thought that my heated steering wheel was an option, and I got lucky to have one. I still feel lucky/blessed to have a heated steering wheel, regardless of how or why. :)

@Kr33m0,
You got a healthy rebate, and a decent discount off the msrp. Since, you are in for the lease term, the money factor is decent as well (mine was something over 0.002 but i was already planning to do quick buyout). The residual value at 48% seems a little low (i don't know what is currently typical, but on my 18gt2awd it was 50%). So that adds a bit to your monthly payment. There will always be someone out there that gets a better price; some folks are just really savvy. I'd bet that people reading this forum, including you, are getting better deals on average than those that don't.

Yeah, I asked about that b/c I've see 52% for a GT2. I was told it was b/c of the increased rebate or some nonsense :unsure:

Residuals also decrease as the model year goes on, since a ‘19 in late 2022 will not be worth as much as in early 2022.
